We were extremely happy with our stay! Beautiful hotel, beautiful room, helpful staff, and a convenient location. Breakfast was great. Room 104 is a litttleeeee bit noisy from being on the canal level but it is so beautiful that we didn't care. We still had good sleep and weren't bothered. Really can't recommend this hotel enough.

Beautiful hotel, in the middle of everything; Cathedral, Palace, Plaza Marcos, etc, Excellent breakfast. Clean room, they provide the amenities that you will need. Staff was very friendly and their service was outstanding. The best for us was the private transportation from or to the airport. Secure, on-time, they took care of our luggages, very convenient. They made our first visit to Venice very pleasant and easy.
