Poor Breakfast and small room to saty
호텔은 베니스본섬에 위치하여 있어 무거운 짐을 가지고 운반하기에는 적합치 않음. 방은 좁고 에어콘작동이 제대로 안되어 상당히 더웠음. 특히 아침식사는 유럽에서 여행했던중 최악임. 전날 프로트 직원이 이탈리안 정통아침이라고 이야기해서 기대를 했었으나, 야채, 과일은 전혀 없고 차기운 빵, 씨리얼, 커피가 전부임. 인터넷은 무료이나 거의 작동이 안되었음

piazzalle roma 에서 가까운 편이라.. 주차해놓고 필요한 짐만 가볍게 가지고 갔어요.. 위치는 그럭저럭 괜찮았고.. 조식은 형편없었고.. 방 상태도 그리 좋진 않지만 가격대비 평타 수준.. 같이 간 일행이 쓴 방은 곰팡이냄새가 많이 났다고 하더라구요

"무난한 숙박시설"
호텔의 위치는 로마광장에서 걸어서 5분~7분 사이의 거리였습니다. 산타루치아 역에서는 10분넘게 걸어야 될 것같습니다. 와이파이는 무료가 아닙니다. 아침은 주는데 깔끔하니 나쁘지 않고 적당한 정도입니다. 객실은 방이 작습니다. 욕실도 작습니다. 제일 싼것을 하긴 했지만 작았습니다. 또한 방음이 하나도 안되어서 바로 옆 길에서 캐리어 끌고 다니는 소리가 아주 잘 들렸습니다. 이불은 좀 오래되어 보였습니다. 이탈리아 4곳중 제일 자기가 싫었던 이불입니다. 나머진 만족합니다.

Mosquito all you can eat hotel
Dead mosquitos with old dried blood splattered on all the walls, ceiling, furniture - really gross. Seriously clean that up. Bed rock hard. There was supposed to be AC & an elevator, there was neither. This is the main reason I booked with them! They turned the AC off for the season and only had heat. I had to keep the windows open to not suffocate & instead battled mosquitos all night. I’ll never stay here again & im trying to get compensation from hotels.com for the misrepresentation. Good luck to me, hotels.com service has diminished.

Excelente localizacao. Menos de 15 min da estacao de trem. 15/20 minutos dos principais pontos turisticos. Embora quartos pequenos, sao recem reformados e bem limpos.

Small rooms, great location
We picked the Hotel Falier for its proximity to the train station, price and it's good rating. It is in a great location but it has very small rooms. It is hard to find space for your clothes and luggage.

Excellent location and the staff were prompt whenever we had a question or needed something. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly return for another. Loved the old world decor of our room with a nicely appointed modern bathroom!

Met my needs very well.
Plain appearance from the street is deceiving. Hotel is clean and comfortable. AC works great. Nice bed. Front desk staff spoke excellent English and were very friendly and helpful. Very quiet neighborhood. Convenient to public transportation. Short 5-10 minute walk from Piazzale Roma train and bus stations and vaporetto dock on the Grand Canal.

It was unfortunate that the building work was distracting at breakfast. However I’m sure the final verandah will be really lovely when finished. I definitely hope to visit again. It is in a great position being across the way from the bus station. The staff were above and beyond courteous and their hospitality outweighed any inconvenience of the building work.

Room was not clean. Bed linen looked very shabby. We had to take it off and sleep. The blanket they kept was definitely not washed and it was worn out fleece material. We felt disgusted to sleep on that bed. We stayed for two days. The staff did not make our room on the second day of our stay though we requested for it. There is nobody at the reception after 9pm. So we can't avail any service if needed. Communication was another problem because nobody understood English there. I strongly recommend not to choose this hotel for your stay.

The property had old world charm but has been recently remodeled with nice bathrooms. Staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. WIFI worked well in the rooms. The hotel was close to Piazzale Roma - an easy five minute walk with luggage. Close to shopping and dinning and scenery.

Es un hotel barato y cercano a la estación de tren y los autobuses que te llevan al aeropuerto. Lo recomiendo si quieres pasar una noche y al día siguiente tomas tu vuelo, el autobus al aeropuerto se toma en piazza di Roma por 10 euros, muy cerca. Esta limpio y lo baños están renovados, pero los cuartos son chicos y el mobiliario algo viejo. Para una noche está bien.

Alletiders hyggelige og personlige hotel🏩Ligger perfekt ift. tranport når man kommer fra toget🚂 Her er stille, nemt at komme til og fra alt - og langt nok væk fra de mange turister😜 værelserne er små, men meget fine, rene og ny istandsat OG goe senge. Et perfekt sted for voksne, og med teenager… Vi delte os-Min mand og jeg i et værelse. Vores unge på et værelse 16 og 21 år - Vi fik ikke morgenmad på hotellet, da vi havde lyst til at prøve forskellige steder i byen, ikke mindst på grund af de mange udvalg - men det så lækkert ud. Brød, croissanter, æg, pålæg, juice mm ☕️Jeg spurgte efter te/kaffe, og fik en kedel på værelset👏Super service. Der er 3 små terrasser, med herlig lille udsigt ud over tagene. Der er tag-selv-vand og bykort i receptionen. Jeg/vi kan varmt anbefale dette sted🌞 Er du dårligt gående, eller har tung bagage, - tjek dog om elevatoren er blevet færdig lavet. Vi havde ikke selv brug for elevatoren. Da vi rejser “let”. 👣Husk de gode gåsko, drik masser af vand, og NYD byen. Jeg/vi kommer tilbage 🇮🇹❤️

Prisvärt hotell. Bra läge nära busstation, inte långt att gå med resväskan. Rummet är rent, bra städning. Litet rum. Bra aircondition. Vi tog inte frukost. Vi saknade vattenkokare +kylskåp på rummet, det var enda minusstrecket. Hotell har en takterrass där kan man softa. Vi lånade vinglas av värden och tog med vin upp. Hjälpsam värd. Bor gärna här igen, då läget är bra och priset mycket bra.

Thank you for the time you spent in making this feedback. Blankets are for each guest and can be changed every day. If you needed more you could have asked at the reception desk instead of writing such a thing after departing. Breakfast aswell. What do you think it was missing? Why did you not asked at breakfast while you were here?

Nice place in Venice
Clean. Small room. Staff accommodated our request for a rom lower than the 4th floor. They also watched our bags during our last day. I'd stay there again!

Fairly close walk from train station. Water and cups available in lobby. Small room. Blinds were broken and extremely dirty. Obvious water damage. Had to keep windows open for better air.

We arrived early and asked to please be accommodated with an early check in , as we were exhausted from a lot of travel. Front desk women spoke no English , was not helpful and seemed very upset to even speak to us . Hotel was in a good location close to everything but the rudeness of the staff was not appreciated . Wouldn’t stay here again .

The staff were all nice. The hotel itself is very aged and felt very damp and small. I would never stay here again or recommend it. The room had bars on the windows and the condition of the bathroom and bedroom was extremely dated and smelt bad. For the price you pay it’s not worth it. I wish I spent $30-$40 a night to stay somewhere a little nicer. The room was very damp and the walls were paper thin. I could hear everything from the people in the room next door. We also arrived for check in at the time listed on the website but we were told to come back an hour later.
