Dear Mrs GurvinderHas promise with all your treats you left your review, and you decide also to add more problems then whot you mentioned us.Yes, the sink was leaking, and right away you reported that we have solved it. Youd didn't mention about smell, dirty lines so I can't do anything if confirmed.And yes, hotel was full booked, there where not other triple room to propose, that's why we was not able to give you a possibility to have another room.I can't say more then that, this can happen unfortunaly, but our availability to do our best was total.Best RegardsAll the Staff

Dear Client,thabk you for choosing Hotel Al Graspo de Ua.We are sorry to read you words, we had no complain douring your stay and it seems that everithing was fine.It's hard for us to do something when we are not informed about any kind of problems, we could change you the room, on higher floor. Yes we made some maintence work but not from friday evening and on saturday and sunday, so your stay was saved from noise.Regarding the city tax, it cost 3,50 per person per day, for 3 person, stayng 3 nights the total amount is 31,50, and thats whot we asked.For everybody who will read this answer remember always to tell to the Hotel staff any special requirement, any kind of needs, we are here 24H to do at any time our best.Hoping to have you here again soon and try again our services, accept our best regards from all the staff.

Dear Client,Thank you for choosing Hotel Al Graspo de Ua.Regarding you reviews we are a little bit surprised but prepared.Prepared because you complain really started only at the check-out time, or better, at the payment time.You complained only by message, only on your first day, and you never spoke with no one of our staff until the end.We fixed the hot water right when it happened, we fixed the shower drain once “readed”.Hotel staff look rude only because we had not agree with you the only one time you have decide to speak with us to ask for a discount. After your treat, after all you weird arguments regarding refunds on you credit card, you anyway decide to pay the full amount refusing the refund suggested.Thats why we are prepared to this massage, promised us, to find strange way, to not pay your stay.We remain at your disposalMichele
