The room and breakfast were outstanding. We stayed in the luxury (Soft) room with the hot tub. The room was overall fantastic, but I would note that the water does not run hot enough for a hot bath in the whirlpool tub (first world problems). The water is good enough for a hot shower though. All that said, the hotel's location is central to Venice, on the route that goes between the train station (Ferrarovia) and Rialto Bridge/San Marco Piazzo. Easy to find your way, but a little touristy. That said, good bars and Cichetti can be found by walking a few minutes north or south from the hotel. A good hotel to get lost and wander Venice from. Not a note on the hotel, but recommend taking one of the hotel maps (and a small compass). Venice, as well as many denser Italian cities, is not conducive to GPS.

A quaint small hotel in keeping with other properties in Venice. It was an in an ideal location for all the attractions and especially for the water transport...only 100 metres away. Our room was small, the fireplace suite but was suitable for our three night stay. All in all, a very nice stay with the staff all very helpful and friendly.

Nice hotel in a nice location

Very nice hotel in a great location, conveniently walkable to all key sites with 20mins. Not too far from bus stations either from airport or/and towns. Lovely rooms, basic breakfast but we’re only there for the nights as we were only there for a couple of nights. Would recommend this place as its in a nice quieter location than the main attractions.

We loved our stay here and hope to be back again soon! Venice is truly magical. We started our honeymoon here and then headed on a cruise to Greece. We spent three nights in one of the upgraded rooms with the hot tub. Location was perfect and it was so nice having the hot tub. I think only complaint was the thin/not comfy pillows but that seems to be standard in Europe, lol. Great staff and place!

This was a beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff. We were close to everything on a quiet square. The hot tub was great after a day of walking. Breakfast was simple but fresh in a very nice room. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Quaint little boutique hotel.

Very cute property. Rooms were spacious, high ceiling & had all the amenities needed. While breakfast was included, it was a true continental breakfast with only cold options. Would stay again, remembering to plan for breakfast.

This is Venice.

In spite of the room location in the hotel (we had a view of the wall of the building adjacent) we had an excellent experience at this hotel. Room was comfortable and breakfast was adequate. We were not there to spend time our room anyway.

Lovely hotel

A great little hotel with polite, friendly staff. We enjoyed our 2 night stay in the classic double room which was clean, comfortable and perfectly adequate for our needs. No view from the window but they had a nice mural on the shutters to dress it up a bit and we were only in the room at night anyway so no issue for us. Breakfast was good consisting of a variety of croissants, cake, fruit, meats and cheeses etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Simple and clean hotel

We got to Venice early and we’re able to leave our luggage while we walked around. Front desk wasn’t really able to answer some of our questions; maybe it was the language barrier? Breakfast was simple but adequate. Location was good, a short walk to the Rialto bridge and to vaporetto stop.

The hotel was in a great location so everything was easy to reach. The room was simple, didn’t have the slippers as mentioned on the webpage and we were very surprised and unhappy with not having a window in the room with daylight. Breakfast was small, simple and everyday the same. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Apartment stay with family

There was a problem at the hotel so we were contacted a couple of days before and advised that we could be accommodated in the apartment instead. This was slightly less convenient for us as it is as further from the train station and therefore more difficult to get luggage there and away. Nevertheless, it was a lovely apartment and we could walk over so we could have breakfast each day at the hotel. Staff at the hotel lovely. Apartment was lovely.

Clean but quite small room.Great choice of continental breakfast options.Good location-walkable to Rialto and St Marks square. Difficult access to room up 2 flights of stairs with heavy luggage. No elevator but has chair lift which can be used to bring up luggage. However after 2 pm the hotel staff are not on premises so no instructions how to use chairlift! Also beware if coming from St. Lucia rail station you need to cross multiple bridges with steps which is near impossible with heavy luggage so best to catch water taxi, around 60 Euros!
