Had a fantastic stay here. Excellent service with a smile from all staff. In a great location to walk to all areas of this beautiful city. Even managed to get a gondola right opposite the hotel which was an added bonus and water taxi on arrival took us straight to the hotel entrance. Hotel is beautiful from the outside and delightful inside. Breakfast was lovely with freshly made eggs to order. We had a room overlooking the garden which was very peaceful. Fab restaurants very close to the hotel. All in all an excellent stay and would definitely recommend.

Hotel was very nice and in a great location. Unfortunately the elevator was out of service. The breakfast had a nice variety to choose from though I didn’t find it to be all that great in flavor. That said I really enjoyed how close it was to all attractions by walking and how conveniently close it was to the water bus service. I would stay there again.

Location of hotel was great. Our first room across the courtyard was large and modern but noise from restaurant outside and air conditioning unit at night was very loud. Staff changed our room without hesitation. The breakfast staff were friendly and provided a large selection of varied foods. Would definitely come back here.

Location was great, in a quieter area of Venice but a short stroll to many cafes/ restaurants/bars/shopping. There is a gondola stop right out front and they can also get you a water taxi. We had a canal view room and it was a very good size. Bed comfy, A/C, nice bathroom. The breakfast was also impressive . Definitely a great place to stay in Venice. Helpful and lovely staff as well. Thank you!!

It is a nice property but I was very disappointed with my room. I booked a Superior room and it did not look like the photos. My window did not have a view of anything except walls and a pipe. The bed and pillows weren’t very comfortable either. The breakfast was good and it was fairly quiet at night.

Good location in walking distance to famous attractions. Breakfast was very delicious and had many varieties of food. The only you can take its water taxi to get to this hotel. When booking it said that you can have a land taxi which is not true.

Matteo is the BEST!!! All our luggage was lost and we thought we would have to go all the way back to the airport to pick it up, But Matteo talked to the baggage crew at the airport and had our luggage delivered and he put it in our room while we were out.....Can say enough great things about the customer service...it was above and beyond.

Overall our stay was fine. The staff were friendly enough and the hotel itself was sufficient for our stay. Pros - Really yummy breakfast was included every day, the location was close to sites, restaurants, and the waterbus/vaporetto dock, and there is a garden terrace space within the hotel. Cons - The room was clean enough but not well maintained from years of use (and this was obvious with broken decor, missing bathrooms tiles, styrofoam attached to the wall) and the walls are PAPER thin and could hear everything (between neighboring rooms, hallways with staff cleaning or prepping breakfast, and even people making noise or walking outside).

The hotel was perfectly located central walking Venice. The breakfast offerings were excellent. The entire staff were friendly, and very helpful. They were patient, and accommodating. The hotel was clean, safe and comfortable. The room was quiet and designed well. My only complaint was the poor lighting through the back courtyard at night to go to and from the room. As with most if not all original buildings throughout Venice, the steps were a bit precarious, and better lighting at night would make it a little bit easier to see without tripping. The hotel also offers a complimentary water taxi to the island of Murano. Which was unexpected and a nice experience, with a caveat, you are brought directly into the back entrance of a glass factory. Here you get to see first hand a glass artist working. Then you’ll be escorted by a personal guide through the Murano glass factory showrooms. Where you will see all of the amazing hand crafted glass works for sale. I highly recommend this hotel.
