Clean room with the most wonderful large terrace overlooking bridge and canal. Friendly staff. Easy check in and check out. Good location in Canareggio district of Venice fairly close to train station.
this was the PERFECT spot to book. super close 8 minute walk from the train and close to great restaurants and stores. beautiful balconies in the property that have amazing views of the canal! the staff was also incredibly helpful and the hospitality made our entire trip. Couldn't recommend enough!
Lovely space! Very ornate. Very spacious. Fantastic view of a smaller canal out the window. The person maintaining the property is so wonderful, she gave us a bottle of prosecco for our honeymoon stay and refilled our fridge with free sodas and candy. One small thing, I noticed a few bugs in the tub the first night, but covered the drain and saw no more during our stay. Fantastic location. The air conditioning is a bit confusing - to be expected in these older buildings.
great property and staff. beautiful view. my boyfriend proposed and they worked with him to surprise me with flowers and champagne in the room. highly recommend this hotel!
Charming hotel in a great location, with some rooms overlooking a garden, making them especially quiet — a nice bonus in Venice, where nights can be noisy. Conveniently close to the main train station, which is ideal if you’re traveling with a wheeled suitcase.
This was one of our favorite stays on our honeymoon. We were only here for two nights, but after walking Venice all day, it was so nice to take a seat on the balcony for a very coveted view of the canal, especially at sunset. I would recommend this highly as it's a 7 minute walk from the train station and only over one bridge with stairs. No need for a water taxi, self check in was easy, and the staff was very responsive even when not at the front desk.
The hotel was very authentic and lovely. It was clean and easy access to be able to walk to everything. Staff communicated very well with us. Would stay again.
Clean and comfortable. Perfect location - very near jewish ghetto, as well as near boat stops.
Make sure to close shutters to keep out noise if busy time at night-- we were there carnival time and didnt realise that until morning.
Big plus was that we could keep the luggage there until later in day and fetch before heading to airport. Highly recommend
It was overall a great experience. Staff was really great. I loved being able to walk outside to the balcony in the morning and get a feel of the city’s life and commotion.
Very nice room for a couple nights in Venice, even larger than we expected. Convenient location close to the train station and lots of restaurants and cafes. We liked the canal view from the room
Lovely Venetian palazzo. Very clean and comfortable. Courtyard rooms are quieter since you don’t hear the traffic on the canals if your window is open but, the view from the corner room with the balcony is exquisite. Nice bathrooms are updated and very clean. Rosalia the housekeeper is so sweet and speaks little English but is good at getting her point across! The location is great for exploring the Cannaregio neighborhood and close to multiple vaporetto stops and about a 15 min walk from the train station. As with so many places in Venice in this price range there are stairs and no elevator. There is no concierge or reception. The website photos are a good representation of the rooms.
A dream of hotel, perfect for Venice!!!great view, restaurant and shopping around the area, train station 10 minutes walking!! Definitely will come again’
