The location was fantastic. Very short walk to Piazza San Marco, Ponte Di Rialto, water bus stop, and less than 1 min walk to a very nice supermercato Despar. The staff was very friendly. Walked us to our room because it was away from the main office and was available by text if we needed anything (which we didn’t). The place we stayed in was very spacious. Separate large room with a queen bed and a small balcony which may not have had a view but was nice for some fresh air. The main room/living room had what appeared to be a fold out queen bed which our teenage boys had no complaints about.

The staff was excellent and very professional and friendly. It is very convenient to the sights and streets of Venice. The hidden gem!!! The only thing I would warn people of is that there is no elevator and we were on the very top, which we enjoyed because it had a terrace to enjoy outside. But, if anyone could not do stairs, narrow stairs, be careful. We loved it, thank you:)

The hotel appearance is 2 stars. This property is misrepresented in the pictures and is underwhelming in person due to high expectations from marketing materials. The main entrance is a side door in an alley. The reception is an improvised space with an office desk by the stairs. The rooms are quite small and dated so take into consideration when looking at pictures. Bathrooms are good. Cleanliness is fine and location is good relative to landmarks. I would recommend this hotel only after adjusting expectations and taking that into account on the rate paid. This is not a high end property just a well located one. My personal experience, I left because it was not what I expected due to misleadings marketing materials.

Fantastic location close to Rialto bridge / water taxi and short walk to many major attractions. Lovely apartment (assuming you are ok with stairs which we were). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great communication through and before our stay.
