Perfectly located. clean and spacious. The only downside was having to check in at a hotel that’s a 10 minute walk away (and 15 min from the train station). It was hard to carry all our luggage back and forth. The code for the apartment could have been provided over email. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Pictures of this apartment/room were very deceiving. The bunk beds were literally in the hall as you opened the door to enter. We used the kitchen to put our luggage in. AC. Could have been better. Apartment was clean. Bed sheets were rough. Could have been a better quality. Great location but you had to go 10 minutes further to register.

Just fine for a family

The location was great and the room met our needs. It was a little difficult to get in touch to store our bags before check in time. If you intended to cook, there was absolutely nothing in the kitchen like oil, salt or pepper on hand as a starter, which was unfortunate, but with so many restaurants nearby that didn’t pose a huge problem.

The apartment looked more modern and spacious. It is in the main area close to the Rialto Bridge. The apartment also had a washing machine. We did not use the kitchen, but the facilities looked fine.

Overall a good experience. Excellent location and good property. The air conditioning was non-functional for the season, which left the interior rooms at 28C. We had to open the windows, but this exposed us to mosquitoes. Each of us left with several hundred bites. But the location is phenomenal - steps to everything. The room is clean, and the washing machine was an unexpected bonus. I would consider staying here again if traveling with my family.

Overall pleased with our stay. Location is excellent, right in the middle of everything. We did find apartment difficult to locate initially. It’s a door with a small sign, not lit up so hard to find if arriving in darkness. Apartment is clean with kitchen and washing machine. Excellent when travelling with children. We found apartment hot and heating could do with being turned down, which you can’t do yourself. We opened windows…letting the mosquitoes in! Slightly random issue…large bathroom mirror fell off wall and smashed on tile floor everywhere. Apartment does not have a reception desk in the building so unable to get help to clean up all the glass until the next day. I hadn’t considered being in a building with no reception but this could have been an issue. Just something to consider. Luckily no one was injured and there was a brush so I could sweep all the shards to the corner.

The apartment was great in space, privacy, location and cleanliness. There are two separate rooms each one with its own bathroom and a kitchen. Perfect for a family. The location is right 10 walking minutes away from everything important to visit. I definitely would stay here again.

Ok room at good location

Spacious room and excellent location. Room is a bit worn and the AC doesn’t work (no matter how you adjust the temperature, it stays the same). Beds are horribly hard. Plus points for check in online.

Brilliant to have a place in the centre of venice. Close to water bus, walking distance to all in the centre and close to a great wee supermarket. Having a kitchen was great after a tiring day. Communication was via whatsapp and was timly and helpful.
