I had a canal view room and every time I looked out, I was in awe of being right in the heart of Venice. I was very well taken care of and the staff were very attentive. I will be back."

"Well equipped cabins and good children's pool. The bus transfer to Venice is very efficient and good value for money. Only negatives are: - that the bunk beds in the cabins are not suitable for adults, they were also broken where the ladder attached in all of our cabins. - the main pool was freezing! Though we did visit in October."

Location is PERFECT for quieter Venice experience as well as easy access to a busier vibe in San Marco and Murano via public water bus system. Simply the best!"
