We had a wonderful stay at Carnival Palace. We stayed for 9 nights in the red suite. The staff was extremely helpful in prepping for our stay and we felt right at home. While there they assisted with arranging excursions and promptly attended to all our requests from extra pillows, coffee, etc. In the morning we had a delightful breakfast and the staff did not dissapoint. Always greeted with a smile and made to feel special. The bartenders at The Mask lounge were also great. Even helped us create our own twist on a drink. For me it was all the little details. Champagne in our room when we arrived, umbrellas provided for us when it rained, and the great communication from the time we booked the reservation. I loved the modern amenities but still felt like I was in Venice. The a/c worked great, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was supurb. They even provided a hairdryer. If I make it to Venice again I would definitely stay again.

This hotel was wonderful, but the staff are the best staff out of any hotel. Some of the nicest people ever—especially Ricardo. He was the best, and went truly above and beyond. Once in a lifetime service and accommodations. Also great location. Take advantage of the boat service + deck service, and if there is any question the staff will help. The only issue was the room cleanliness. There were random bits of food on the floor, and the cleaning staff left their gloves on the floor (I have a photo). Would recommend again.

This is a lovely hotel - would highly recommend for folks looking for accommodations close to the heart of it all with a very lovely staff.

Lovely location away from the crowds but not so far from Rialto etc. Good quality hotel. Very clean!! Cleaner than many other 5 star hotels I've experienced. Some great food places nearby by the canalside too. Especially the restaurant Very Good. With another travel companion, I would have liked to have tried the hotel restaurant. Would certainly stay here again if staying in Carneggio.

We had a spectacular stay at Palazzo Veneziano. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. They kindly upgraded my daughter and me to a junior suite, which was spacious, beautifully designed, and made our vacation feel truly special. A major highlight was the complimentary excursion they offered us to Murano to watch the master glass blowers at work—it was fascinating and seamlessly arranged. The hotel staff was also incredibly helpful in arranging our transportation to the airport, taking all the stress out of our departure. The hotel is elegant, comfortable, and provided the perfect base for a lovely time in Venice. We would absolutely stay here again!
