“Onze ervaring was heel positief. Echt een top hotel. Niets wat je vraagt is onmogelijk. Op verzoek ontbijt om 4:00 in de ochtend krijgen (ivm de ramadan) en in de avond nog een maaltijd naar keuze terwijl de keuken eigenlijk al bijna gesloten was. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar! ”

“It was a 5 day business stay from abroad. It is hard to get around without a taxi or bike. Uber is available but the wait time varies from 15-25 minutes. I had dinner at their restaurant twice. The dinner was great but the service is below average. I found the place to be a bit expensive. The rooms and views were great. I asked for electric kettle to drink hot water but they did not provide and suggested to use Nespresso Coffee Machine which is a bummer. ”

“The hotel is very closed to Venlo station and the people are very kind. I satisfy this hotel everythings, and the most good point is this hotel is not expensive so whenever I visit at Venlo city, the Netherlands, I always stay this hotel.”

“This was one of the worst hotel experiences I had. In the middle of the night police was in the hallway taking someone out a room. I hope that this is not a normal experience. But ignoring that, the bed is far to hard, curtains are to short, and everything was old or ourdated. The only positive points were the greating at the reception and the breakfast”
