A localização é maravilhosa, área segura ao redor, deu para caminhar com muita tranquilidade, muitos restaurantes e cafeterias na avenida Rui Barbosa. Equipe geral muito simpática, em especial o segurança do portão principal que se desdobrou em nos orientar sobre a área.
