“It was a very calm and beautiful hotel, but its hygiene was awful. During my stay, there were hundreds and thousands of small red spiders in the room. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. ”

“Un excellent moment passé au sein de cette magnifique chambre d'hôte. Nathalie et son mari sont au petit soin, à la recherche du détail qui compte. La maison est grande et spacieuse, la chambre magnifique avec un lit très confortable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la quiétude du lieu... Le soir nous avons eu le plaisir de nous joindre à la table d'hôte concoctée maison avec une grande majorité de produits bio... Vraiment je ne peux que conseiller le Grenier Occitan pour une pause serène...

“This hotel was rated highly and priced as though it was a high end property - it is not. It is an ancient chateau remodeled into a 1970s motel with amateur carpentry. Upon arrival the manager attempted to upsell us on-site breakfast and booking a dinner reservation through her website instead of showing us to our room. Our room was surprising, as it was not attractive or comfortable. There was a giant space heater to be plugged in because the proprietor turns off the heat at night - in December!...

“Grand parking sécurisé. Bon rapport qualité prix. Chambre très petite et peu de rangement. Je me demande comment on fait quand on est 2 ou 3 dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner parfait pour le prix.”

“Chambre annulée sur place alors que payée. Très mauvais accueil. Surbooking pour atterrir à 2kms… un Mercure… attention de ne pas confondre Surbooking et Dol. Une fois arrivé au Mercure 4*… Télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, plus de place sur le parking à 20:30, pas de gel douche dans la SDB… pour un surclassement en 4 étoiles… c’est limite… très limite. Il faudrait penser à se poser les bonnes questions. Personnellement je ne me les pose plus concernant ces deux établissements ; a fuir, next....

“Chambre confortable, calme et agréable dans un lieu parfaitement rénové. L’accueil est chaleureux, aux petits soins et nous avons eu droit à un petit déjeuner qui avait l’air sur mesure tellement tout était parfait ! Nous y retournerons très certainement !”

“카르카손 요새까지 접근성이 좋은 호텔이었고, 유료이긴 했지만 비교적 저렴한 가격에 제공된 아침식사도 맛있었습니다. 또한 카르카손 요새를 조망할 수 있는 작은 테라스가 있다는 점도 맘에 드는 요소였습니다. 다만, 옛날 건물이라 엘리베이터가 없어 짐을 옮길 때 다소 불편함은 있었습니다. I'm very satisfied with my stay at Hôtel Du Pont Vieux. The staff were all kind and everything is almost perfect. The only disadvantage is about a lift but this is already mentioned by the hotel owner, so I was okay with it.”

“This is primarily an assisted living facility. The entrance was locked before we arrived and it was necessary to call security to let us in. No one spoke English. Breakfast was available for the residents but not for the guests as was dinner. There were no local restaurants except for a pizza takeout across the street. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. The location is a ten minute walk from the medieval city walls. ”
