I apologize for this odd situation of having the pool out of order both times you have stayed with us. This most recent time was certainly out of our control as I'm sure was explained to you when you checked in. I'm glad that despite the disappointment of our pool being unavailable that you found the rest of our facilities and our staff to be of the highest quality. Thank you for your review. As a smoke free hotel, any time a guest complains of smoke we take that very seriously - we are sorry that you experienced that during your stay. I hope that you let our team know about that while you were here - we do our best to snuff out any situations where guests are smoking in the hotel and causing distress to others. Please accept my apologies - and I was glad to see that the other aspects of your stay were positive.
