Beautiful property. All brand new. Exceptionally clean. Great facilities and good location. Staff were friendly and in contact before check in which made it very smooth. They helped us book taxis for the airport on the way home. Definitely recommend

The property is well situated between the Opera Arena and the train station, easily walkable to both. The room is small but efficiently planned and usable. Overall a very good experience. We would recommend this property.

Room was very clean, friendly staff when available. I loved the security component. You have to go through two doors that require a code before getting to your room.

Modern and very clean room which was set out well and the bathroom was top notch - full instructions provided ahead of time for building/room access, which was clear and easy to follow. Less than 10 minutes walk from the train station and just over a 10 minute walk to the arena - lots or eateries and bars within a short walk, will stay here again on our next trip to Verona.

Was a bit sceptical going with this place as it had two excellent reviews, well it didn’t disappoint. The room looks like it’s newly renovated. Everything was super clean, it had all the things you needed. It’s 10 minutes away from the train station and 10 minutes away from tourist attractions. Very quiet and safe around the building. Guilia greeted us by the door and made sure we got in quick. They don’t have front desk after 3:30pm but they’re very responsive via what’s app. They have an elevator, so it’s easy to take your luggage up and down. Check out was easy. Highly recommend this place for the value it offers. Will come back again

Es un lugar recién remodelado, con excelente gusto y practicidad…la habitación es muy cómoda y el área común tiene disponible café, té y galletas las 24 hrs. Está muy cerca caminando (10 minutos) del centro y a menos de 5 minutos tiene un lugar excelente para desayunar llamado Brunch Republic Verona

Rooms are very nice and clean, however many long coffee to enter building and enter floor where rooms are. The rooms also reminded me of a nursing home or hospital room layout. It was pretty close to the colosseum, very walkable
