Gutes Hotel mit tollem Frühstück

Das Hotel war mal ein Kloster. Es wurde umgebaut und hat heute viele kleine und ein paar wenige große Zimmer mit Bad. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, leider gab es nur die obligatorischen Leintuch-Wolldecken-Kombi. Im Bad funktionierte alles, auch wenn es ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist. Der Service ist großartig. Ich fragte nach einem Wasserkocher und der stand dann auch tatsächlich bei Ankunft auf unserem Zimmer. Die Minibar ist bestückt, die Fenster haben Moskitonetze, die Heizung funktionierte gut. Das Frühstück war für 7 Euro ausgezeichnet. Italienisch und auch Wurst, Käse, Eier, Joghurt ... frisch gemachten Kaffee oder Cappuccino ... perfekt. Im Bad und beim Frühstück "Portionsgrößen" weshalb ich das Thema umweltfreundlich nicht gut bewerte. Parken auf der Strasse - was aber kein Problem ist. Nicht so schön, die Lautstärke im Hotel. Wir hatten das erste Zimmer im 1. Stock - zum Garten hin ... schön, aber man kriegte alles vom Empfang mit und die Gespräche auf dem Flur waren problemlos mitzuhören, was schon unangenehm ist. Für die Durchreise würde ich es aber immer wieder buchen.

Nel complesso ok

Nel complesso ok. Personale molto cortese. Un paio di note però: in inverno consiglio di accendere il riscaldamento dell camera prima che arrivi il cliente, senza che debba accenderselo lui, altrimenti nelle prime ore fa freddo. Le porte non isolano per niente purtroppo: da camera mia sentivo la reception del piano sotto.

The staff was accomodating and the lobby area and reception desk suggested a great place to stay. Unfortunately, a few fixtures did not work - loose knobs, power failure, A/C too weak to cool down the room. It could be a very nice place to stay, however some maintenance upkeep is in order

Nice hotel, room too hot and no resteraunt nearb

Nice hotel,but arrived wanting lunch and the nearest open resteraunt was 1km away and difficult to find especially by bike! Unfortunately it was the same story and the same resteraunt for our evening meal. We asked about a taxi but was told this wasn't an option. Italy was in a heatwave and the air con in the room didn't cope. Even having a lamp on made the room hotter.
