Amazing place Very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The snacks were a wonderful touch and much appreciated. Everything was perfect, and we had a great stay. Highly recommend!”

The stay would have been better if staff was responsive and responded the day prior when asked if we could leave our luggage. Instead, staff responded day of when we got there already. Otherwise, the beds were comfly and we all had good night's rest thanks to the strong AC.

Location was okay. The room was not attached to the bathroom which was for me only but I had to traverse a public space to get there. Didn't understand that when I booked. Had I been more alert to that i would have booked elsewhere.

The room is on the ground floor with a very small, practically unusable window — dark and uncomfortable. It feels more like a hostel due to the shared kitchen. The walls are extremely thin: you can hear neighbors, doors, and conversations as if there were no walls at all. The bathroom lacks privacy, and the plumbing and water heater are very noisy — using the toilet at night will likely wake everyone up. The only positives are the near-central location and the availability of coffee and a light breakfast in the room.

Struttura a pochi minuti a piedi da piazza Erbe. Eravamo in 6, io e mio marito in una camera con letto matrimoniale e i nostri 4 figli nella camera comunicante con un letto matrimoniale e uno a castello. Tutto molto pulito e in ordine. Il bagno era ben curato. In camera avevamo un piccolo frigorifero con all'interno 6 bottigliette di acqua. Sul tavolo una macchina Nespresso con cialde a volontà x caffè, decaffeinato e orzo e un cestino con all'interno monoporzioni di Nutella, fette biscottate, marmellate e tortini alle carote. Ceck-in e ceck- out velocissimi , tutto gestito tramite cellulare. Lo consiglio
