Das Zimmer war i.O. da an einer Hauptstrasse gelegen, eher laut. Im Badezimmer war der Wasserhahn nicht richtig befestig (wackelte).

A due passi da Ginevra, nonostante sia sulla strada è davvero silenzioso, molto accogliente, pulito e personale molto gentile. Se si ha voglia di fare due passi si puo' tranquillamente arrivare sul lungo lago e trovare qualche ristorante.

Das Hotel ist ok wenn günstig übernachten möchte. Leider hatte ich ein Zimmer über dem Hotel-Eingang wo alle Raucher sich aufhalten. Morgen um 6:00 hatte ich schon mein Zimmer voll Rauch!!!! Frühstück ist die absolute Katastrophe! Schinken und Käse sicher schon zum 3x aufgetischt, keine Natur-Yogurt, Früchte Fehlanzeige - alles sehr unapetitlich. 3 Sterne bedeutet nicht, dass die Ware nicht frisch sein darf.....nicht zu empfehlen. War in der Vergangenheit ein Geheimtip aber offensichtlich haben Besitzer gewechselt.

Very nice hotel

Many thanks to Monsieur le patron for making my visit so enjoyable. Staff so friendly and helpful, great breakfast and lovely building very close to the office I was visit in Versoix. Will definitely stay there again next time in Versoix.

Good breakfast and very helpful and friendly staff

Good breakfast and very helpful and friendly staff. I was originally in a room that was close to a busy road and because it was hot I was torn between getting too hot with the windows closed or too noisy with them open. However, the hotel obliged and half way through my stay I was put into a different room which was very quiet and extremely nice.

Perfect location for my visit

The staff could not have been more helpful with local commuter info making my trip run like clockwork. Printed out my train times, gave me a Geneva free transport pass, held a room until lunchtime, just in case my plans changed. This will be my first choice of accommodation for future trips.

Reasonable

Room was large and comfortable. Contained small fridge and tea/coffee making option. At the rear of the property so no traffic noise. Large modern bathroom. Did not have breakfast as we deemed it an expensive option. The building is right on the footpath of a busy road with no other buildings nearby. Our biggest issue was the lack of parking. We booked believing they had parking. The parking turned out to be 2 bays about 400 metres down the road behind a commercial building. When we drove down there we found the bays occupied. This meant finding somewhere to put the car while we went back to the accommodation to get the matter resolved. Eventually the bays were vacated and we parked the car. The next morning we had 30 euro fine. The hotel said they would sort it out. We were at this hotel for 2 nights. We did not get a fine the second night but this situation left us feeling very unhappy. Reception is not always manned.

Freundlicher Empfang am Genfersee

Gemütliche Unterkunft, nahe des Strandbades und Hafen von Versoix. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und wir erhielten sogar für unsere Weiterreise nach Genf eine Verkehrskarte für freie Benutzung des öffentlichen Verkehrs.

Hotel ved traffikeret vej med megen støj

Hoteller kunne være godt hvis det ydre blev plejet og de falmede og slidte flag taget ind og de visne blomster fjernet. Værelset var rædselsfulgt fordi det var nødvendig at have vinuet åbent for ikke at smelte. Vinduet lå i kanten af en meget traffikeret vej på første sal så støjen var stor. Det var også mørkt og møbleret med møbler a la genbrug. Stilen var tidlig bodello med stof loft. Min ledsager hadede stedet og klagede hele tiden. Jeg tror vi havde det værste værelse på hotellet selv om vi i flere nætter var de enete gæter. Morgenmaden var god for de tidlige ankomne med ikke for dem der kom senere, da der ikke blev fyldt op på fadene.

At the outskirts of Canton Geneva

This is a very good option if you travel by car or if you do not like large hotel chains. The hotel also offers a good price/quality ratio for the Geneva area. To arrive or leave by public transport with heavy luggage would not be a good option since you still have a walk a few minutes from either the "V" line bus stop or the Pont Ceard train station. The bus and the local train do not run frequently on weekends or late in the evening.

Une excellente surprise !

Mon ami et moi avons réservé à la dernière minute sans trop prendre le temps de comparer avec d'autres hôtels ou de lire les avis d'autres internautes, donc j'avais un peu peur de ce que nous allions trouver, d'autant plus que la chambre était vraiment bon marché. Mais dès l'arrivée nous avons été enchantés. Le personnel s'est montré extrêmement aimable et serviable, notre chambre était tout à fait charmante et j'ai particulièrement apprécié la douche, et nous nous sommes régalés au restaurant pour une somme plus que raisonnable. La situation au bord de la route et l'absence de parking réservé sont deux petits bémols largement compensés par la qualité de tout le reste, j'y retournerais sans hésiter et je le recommanderais également volontiers.

Could be better!

Location - Ideal for myself, Hotel - Good quality, Service - OK, could be improved in some instances. Food - Very good, although not cheap, but it is Geneva. Tip - Avoid road facing rooms at all cost, the garden views are far nicer and less noise from the road.

Very quiet, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Convenient to airport with easy free parking. Simple yet good breakfast including a great selection of loose teas. They are currently expanding to add a nice restaurant - i look forward to that. I was so pleased i booked another room the following weekend. The lowest price room is fairly small, but the next one up in the 140 range was quite comfortable. My only negative is that the in room hot water kettle had a Chinese plug so no way to plug it in after i checked in late at night. Oh, and a very nice back yard / covered patio on which to enjoy an evening cigar. Definitely will be back

Gutes Hotel

Sehr sauber, Zimmer sehr gut, Frühstück bestens, Lage an der Hauptstrasse sehr lärmig ! Aussenfasssade nicht einladend ! Habe mich im ersten Moment erschrocken ! Schade, denn das Hotel war sonst sehr gut !
