"I never interacted with any staff. Our keys were waiting for us on the front desk when we arrived. But I’m not complaining, it was very easy to check in. We stayed here for 2 nights and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and spacious the room was. The bathroom was very nice! This was probably my favorite stay out of the 4 cities I visited in Iceland. It’s also a very easy walk after getting off the ferry and it’s a short walk to restaurants and grocery stores. I would absolutely stay here again!"
