“I stayed three nights in a basic king room over the 4th of July weekend. The room was clean and modern. The bed faced the window instead of the TV which I thought was a nice touch (the TV could be slid out). The shower had great pressure and heat. I liked the central hvac, it was controlled by a digital thermostat on the wall. All of the rooms face north and south, and I highly recommend requesting a 4th floor room facing north… it’s incredibly private and you have a nice view of the ravine....

“This was the nicest hotel we stayed at during our trip. Very spacious, clean, with great amenities. My only feedback is that housekeeping did not clean every other day as promised.”

“Hotel was clean enough. But not CLEAN. The dust was noticeable on fixtures in the hallway, elevator was dirty. Pool tiles were missing and had a film on them. Bathroom sink was clean but shower had mold. Bed was super comfy. Pillows were great. Breakfast was good. I would stay again if passing through, but wouldn't go out of my way to stay there.”

“We were in a accessible room but it is really not accessible room for someone with mobility issues. Bed was to high. Also shouldn't have to climb over tub. It should be walk in shower with a bench. Then going to get out of shower slipped and down I went. Had to have paramedics come to help get me out of shower floor.”

“Heat lamp in bathroom didn't work. Only one chair in room for two people (their pictures show two chairs in rooms). No clock or phone in room. Exercise room was inaccessible. Put senior citizens in a room farthest away from elevator, pool, and exercise room. The channel list for TV posted in room only included approximately one third of those available. Trash vehicle pickup at 4:15AM right outside our window. Dressers and nightstands were filthy (items left from previous occupants as well...

“The rooms are ok but the staff is great, especially Amber, and if you get a good housekeeper that’s huge. They offer a nice breakfast but not many dairy free options so I was unable to enjoy it. No dairy free milks, yogurts, or fresh fruits if you are vegan or have a dairy allergy and that’s a bummer however they do have around the clock hot coffee which was a bonus.”

“I picked this hotel based on having a pool and a hot tub. Overall, it is a nice conference hotel. Stay was only OK for me because the hot tub needed repair (bubbler not working) but we could still use it but the water was only a bit hotter than lukewarm. They unexpectedly closed he pool area for an hour in order to make repairs to the hot tub but it made not difference. It is the little things that matter. Dylan was particularly helpful at check-in”

“There were ants in the room that got into my clothes. The carpet was wet and I slipped three times walking to the restroom. I asked for a room change and the new room key was just placed on the front desk for me to grab. The new room's shower did not drain and the elevator broke before I finally checked out early.”
