"was not able to check into the hotel at stated time, gave staff member my bags and he gave me my room card and told me he’d get my bags in my room once it was ready. When I arrived at my room at midnight my bags weren’t there, no one answered there phone and they don’t have a 24 hour reception or any clear staff members on shift over night. Had to knock on the main cafe side door and luckily a girl opened and I was able to tell her where I think my bags are and to which they were still in the now locked cupboard with the tags with my room number still on. If no one had of answered I would’ve had no way of charging my phone or boarding my flight as my passport, chargers etc were all in my bags."
