"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. "The balcony view was superb with the lake and city view. The breakfast was also excellent with the variety of choices and it's also delicious. The hotel room is also spacious and modern with a bar inside for guest to get free drinks. Only downside is the Safran restaurant where they didn't fully honor our drink voucher given by hotel mona and pasta was also not that good there (e.g. Fusili). "
