Staff were helpful, amazing location and the place is well kept. There weren't enough pillows and they were flat, so I ended up with kneck pain, but the location was perfect!

Grand Hotel Duomo
We were at the front of the hotel - it is very close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa and the Duomo. Couldn’t be in a better place. Roberto the barman was great fun and good cocktails.

Hotel Terminus & Plaza
Finishing of the room is poor. Service was good and attentive. Knowledgable of the area. Facilities basic. Provision of a kettle would have been good. Shower is very small. I'm petite but found it confining and uncomfortable. Great location.
