Hotel has seen better days. Properly is outdated. One female waitress was excellent in the evening, had an attitude that she is talking to equals. The male waiters and reception employee had an arrogant attitude, although everyone was polite. I speak fluently French but with an accent, maybe that was the reason. Or the fact that we are a gay couple just resonated badly. The morning staff at breakfast and checkout were however excellent, warm and caring, giving a feeling that they genuinely care.

Déçu pour un Hôtel Mercure ! Moquettes et boiseries très dégradées. Ne vaut pas le prix facturé auquel il faut ajouter le parking à 15 euros par jour ! Point positif le petit déjeuner.

Déçu

Extremement déçu pour un mercure. L'hôtel est dans son jus, tout est veillot. Et surtout, nous avions pris cet hôtel pour la clim, nous avons eu 25 degrés toute la nuit en mettant la clim a fond. Le salon petit-déjeuner n'est pas climatisé, il faisait super chaud. Globalement très déçu, surtout à ce prix là, on s'attend vraiment à mieux. Désolé, on aime pas critiquer mais là, la déception est vraiment trop grande.

4 etoiles non justifiées mérite une grande rénovation, les tarifs ne correspondent pas du tout à la prestation 180€ la nuit, la direction devrait adapter les tarifs à l'état actuel de l'établissement. A fuir !

Das Hotel war im Umbau - das wäre gut zu wissen bevor man bucht. Leute sehr freundlich. Lage sehr gut. Die Ausstattung entsprach dem 80er.

Bel hôtel, avec quelques bémols. La brasserie offre une bonne variété de plats et de desserts (catégorie cuisine de curistes), mais les recettes, plutôt recherchées, sont parfois hasardeuses (gaspacho sucré, vraiment surprenant). Les chambres PMR sont un peu exiguës, très peu d'espace de manœuvre pour un fauteuil roulant (y compris à la salle de bains). Dommage, pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. De plus, les WC étaient bouchés à notre arrivée, il a fallu 48 heures et 2 interventions pour y remédier. Inacceptable !

Gobelet en carton pour le lavage de dents De l eau de thonon pour vichy Moquette tachée et sale Chambre non conforme La cerise sur le gateau des travaux à 7h du matin alors que nous avons pris la peine d appeler pour demander si c etait calme Hebergement sale Petit dejeuner cher pour du jambon industriel sans prendre la peine de décoller les tranches . Des oeufs sans gout .... Le personnel envahit de questions et de coleres par les clients. 4 etoiles pour un hotel miteux et sale une honte. Je vais souvent en deplacement et c est la premiere fois qu un 4 etoiles est dans cet etat

Un peu léger pour un mercure

L'accueil est sympathique, l'emplacement idéal. Mais les chambre et les communs... Vieillot voir salle dans le couloir avec une multitude de tâche au sol. La salle de bain est propre mais sans plus. Bref c'est très bien pour dormir mais pour le standing mercure il faudra repasser. Je le positionnerai au niveau d'un campanile ou ibis budget avec le charme de l'emplacement.

Très mauvais! A éviter.

Très mauvaise expérience! Hotel, ne dispose en aucun cas d’une piscine. Attention. Sur le site WEB elle est bien mentionnée ainsi que le SPA, mais c’est une publicité mensongère. Le SPA ne fait pas partie de l’établissement et la piscine tout simplement n’existe pas ! L’état de l’hôtel reste à désirer. Moisissures dans la douche, moquettes tachés, dégradations dans les couloirs etc. A mon avis pas d’investissement fait depuis les 90’ Ce MERCURE n’est en aucun cas un hôtel de 4etoiles. A éviter!
