I maximized my stay with a swim in the pool, an extraordinary massage with Juan Carlos (truly a medicine man) followed by dinner beside the pool. The next morning I enjoyed the sumptuous oatmeal bowl flavored with cardamom, ginger and cinnamon. It was delicious. "
