“What a darling place! Located among apple trees with walking trails headed through the woods the owners have thought of a dozen ways to make your stay perfect. Lights in the back with hammocks for your comfort, a firepit, swings and soccer for the kids. The room was cozy and warm. Cesis was wonderful, but Karlamuiza makes you want to just stay and be in the beautiful countryside of the hotel. ”

“The host Margot’s is a very friendly guy. He was also very helpful in assisting me to find transportation to the apartment. The apartment has the feeling of home. It was wonderful to wake up to the singing of birds in the morning even though I am in the heart of the city. The bed was extremely comfortable which made me sleep very well during my entire stay. Shopping, dining and historical monuments are all within walking distance. The entire city is accessible through an efficient public transit...
