“This apartment was wonderful! In a prime and safe location just 10 minutes away from DC, and the local area in Alexandria was beautiful. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Incredibly quiet and serene, parking was convenient, we had all of the supplies we needed from clothing irons to hangers and complimentary sanitary products! I have only positive things to say about this unit and would 10/10 recommend it to anyone looking to come to the area!”

“A winter stay didn't allow for seeing all the benefits of the location, but it seemed like a good spot for metro and highway access. The building is dated but clean. The unit was clean and functional. The kitchen was fine and well appointed with all of the expected necessities. The bathrooms are in need of updating. Some water damage is evident. “DO NOT STAY HERE. Pictures are photoshopped/ the reality is horrible. Carpet not been vacuumed and had loose debris as well as stains/fraying. No vacuum to use except hand vac. Hair stuck to the floor/cabinets in both bathrooms, and mold in the caulk in the floor and bathtub as well as rust in the medicine cabinet. Bathroom countertops and marble floor had permanent stains.
