Everything was great, clean and to expectations. I just didn't give a 5 star rating for the service because I felt that the lady at the front desk was annoyed that we showed up early.  Leonardo Hotel Vienna Hauptbahnhof
The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was nice and helpful. I also like that we could refill bottles (hotel provided) with refreshing water. Very nice gesture for tourists like us! More importantly, the location is very convenient for traveling around the city.

We had a completely trouble free and very pleasant stay here. The facilities, food, staff and decor were all amazing. I would recommend this to anyone when they are visiting Vienna.
