Enchanting experience, a must on your bucket list. The staff are so professional and friendly you feel part of the family. In addition to the spacious room, there is a beautiful garden area, a tea and coffee area, and free beer every night during happy hour. Also many fine restaurants and shops nearby.

Best service from staff. Best brekfast with home made eggs and crepes. I so looked forward to the breakfasts every day. Loved this hotel so much. Great place to explore Vienna from

This hotel is in a great location for easy walking access to all the sites you will want to see in Vienna. It has a great little breakfast service with lovely staff and very nice coffee. We would definitely use this hotel again in the future.

Great service from the staff. Beautiful, large, modern and well decorated room. Full and delicious breakfast. From 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. you have complimentary snacks, fruit and beer. The hotel is very well located. It would be nice if they sent you check-in instructions in advance since the hotel is in a building and the lobby is on the second floor. I would not hesitate to return.
