Our stay was really nice, the rooms were very updated and clean. The staff downstairs were really nice and friendly too. The location is just a 10 minute walk from the centre so a really good distance.

The check-in was annoying since we had to basically provide all of the same information that I previously provided for my booking, including birth date and passport information. It was required to be done on an iPad while an employee did other things. The phone number field didn't work properly - accept my location - so a senior employee helped smooth things along. The room was great, comfy bed, nice amenities (we were only there one night). The AC wall unit was on warm/22 degrees, and after finding the brand online, I walked myself through the process of changing it to air conditioning, but the front desk had to authorise it remotely and again when we left for dinner and returned. So there was a lot of back and forth with the staff; they even came up to help me through the system, which is when we learned about remote start. So they were helpful, but the system didn't perform as they described.

Really great staff. Good clean rooms. Two things let it down. 1st, NO, tea/coffee facility in the room☹️ after a long journey, being able to sit down in your room relaxing with a tea/coffee, is pretty much standard facility in hotels, but missing here. 2nd, every morning around 7am the maintenance guys would decide to discuss/argue their work schedule in the garden outside the windows, because the garden areas are like little sound alleys, their booming voices would wake us up, so have a word with your guys and ask them to have some common sense please!

Our visit was great except for one experience that left me shaken. The evening before I left around 5:30 pm I was laying in bed resting and a man opened the door to my room. He was the same man who had checked us in upon arrival. I jumped from bed and ran to the door asking him what he wanted. He looked surprised and said are you ok ? I said yes and he said ok and left. The next day during my check out I mentioned this to the young lady checking us out. She didn’t have an explanation. I was very confused and upset because there was no explanation or reason why this had happened. She said they would look into this. I wasn’t happy with the

Fenster gehen nicht zu öffnen, ich bin ein Frischluftfan....kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer, kein Wasserkocher im Zimmer, dieser wurde aber nach Rückfrage ins Zimmer gestellt! Allerdings sehr ruhig, gute Betten! Das Waschbecken war ziemlich niedrig angebracht, sowie auch recht klein (rundum alles nass)....gute Idee mit der Gepäckaufbewahrung!!!

Rommene som vender ut mot hagen har inngang fra trapperommet. Badet (dusj og vask) er på soverommet, med mulighet for å trekke for en gardin mellom badet og resten av rommet. Tolles neues Hotel! Wir hatten das Glück, am Eröffnungstag einzuchecken und wurden direkt mit einem Welcome-Drink empfangen – ein super Start. Trotz der frischen Eröffnung war das Team bereits hervorragend organisiert und sehr freundlich, sodass wir uns sofort wohl und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt haben. Die Zimmer sind top – modern, sauber und ohne jegliche Mängel. WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei, perfektes Arbeiten war problemlos möglich. Auch das Design des Hotels ist wirklich gelungen. Die Lage ist ideal, um Wien schnell und unkompliziert zu erkunden. Als besonderes Highlight haben wir zum Abschied sogar noch einen Blumenstrauß bekommen – eine sehr schöne Geste! Klare Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!
