Location was perfect for accessing all transportation, lots of shopping and restaurants. Airport bus is right outside the hotel, plus the Westbahnhof train station is right there. The hotel is pretty minimalist but was perfect for us. The bed was comfortable, shower was very good, and room big enough for our 3 suitcases. No coffee maker or mini fridge but we knew that and it was fine. We took advantage of the hotels luggage hold service, which was very helpful the last day. Highly recommended as a great budget option!

The location is excellent. It is next to the train station. Other than that, this hotel is very plain. Bare minimums. No small fridge. No telephone to contact front desk or communicate with family/friends staying in another room. When we entered our room, there were 3 flies buzzing around. I went downstairs to inform the front desk and they didn’t seem to care. The rooms are very small. Over paid for what we got!

It was very centralized and easy to travel from. Our concern was we have seen several mice at the patio seating during our stay of 4 days. They kept walking several of them at all times, when we sat outside. Also the waiter for the bar and restaurant was extremely rude and unkind.front desk staff Ahmed, Batuhan was extremely helpful and professional ! Also it’s a lot of noise the ambulance sirens are almost every hour 24 hours! And a lot of shady people around the hotel!

Excellent location and friendly staff. But for the price the room was tiny, and they didn’t have a family room for us inspite of booking for 3 people. The sofa bed they gave was full of dust and dirty. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Small bar area, and a large hotel. Staff were visibly struggling to help all customers, and wait times long as a result. Similar issue at breakfast which was chaotic with people even sat on the floor near tables to eat, in the business area on the first floor, and not certainly enough space for everyone. The staff were friendly, but it feels the budget nature of the hotel is taking priority. Rooms were simple and clean - but slightly dated compared to other Motel Ones I've stayed in.
