Excellent place
It was my first trip to Vienna with my family. I had a three-year-old son, so I wanted to choose an apartment hotel because I needed spacious room and a kitchen. As a result, I am very satisfied. 1. I had a lot of luggage with my child, so I applied for the limousine shuttle service from the airport to the hotel in advance. It is highly recommended if you are visiting Vienna for the first time or have a lot of luggage with your children. The location is within a 5-minute walk from Schwedenplatz station and close to St. Stephen's Cathedral. There is a staff at the entrance during the day, making it easy to ask. 2. I booked a junior suite, and I upgraded to a executive suite for free. I was able to relax in a larger space. Thank you. 3. The property is tidy and most of the kitchen utensils are provided. There is a market located on the first floor of the same building. Of course, there are many restaurants around the property, including brunch, Austrian and Italian. 4. Every afternoon, several staff members came and cleaned up the house.

위치 좋습니다 바오 앞에 마켓이 있어서 좋습니다 청소도 비교적 잘 되어 있는편이고 침구상태가 좋았습니다 그러나 한마리의 바퀴벌레를 보았습니다 아무래도 취사도구들이 있어서 그런것 같습니다 그래도 다시 이용하고 싶은 숙소 입니다

관광을 위한 최적의 위치 그러나 너무 낡고 불편한 실내 시설들
너무 오래된 가구들과 낡은 쇼파에서 피어오르는 먼지들. 욕실 시설들도 너무 구식인데다가 사용이 그닥 편리하지 않았음. 가격 대비 너무 과대 평가된 것이 아닐까 싶습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 비엔나 시내 관광 위치로는 매우 적합합니다.

호텔과 호텔스닷컴 사이의 정보 오류로 인해 기분 나빴던 경험
호텔스닷컴을 통해 이 호텔을 예약을 할 때 제 아들이 만 15세라서 어린이로 체크하고 예약을 완료했어요.(17세까지 어린이로 설정되어 있음) 그런데 호텔에서 이틀 째 되던 날 리셉션 직원이 아들 나이를 묻더니 밥값을 내라는 겁니다. 황당해서 노트북에 호텔스닷컴 사이트 띄운 다음 보여 주었더니, 다시 확인해 본다더군요. 몇 분 후 연락이 와서 하는 말이 계속 밥값을 내라며 문의는 호텔스닷컴에 직접 하라며 연락처를 주더라구요. 방에 돌아와서 우리가 예약한 호텔스닷컴 한국 사무실로 전화를 했었죠. 한국 담당자는 호텔 직원과 통화를 한 후 제게 다시 연락이 와서 하는 말이 일단 우리 카드로 아들 밥값을 결제하고 자기들에게 청구하면 돈을 보내어 주겠다더군요. 이유를 듣고 생각해 보니 호텔의 정책과 호텔스닷컴이 올린 내용이 서로 맞지 않았던 것 같아요. 일단 알았다고 끊었는데 끊고 나서 생각해 보니 좀 귀찮은 과정을 거쳐야 하겠구나 싶더라구요. 다행히 잠시 후 호텔 직원이 우리에게 연락을 해서 그냥 밥값을 내지 않아도 된다고 하는 바람에 일이 쉽게 해결이 되었지만요~~ 호텔이 정보를 잘못 제공했는지, 호텔스닷컴에서 정보를 잘못 게시하였는지는 모르지만, 둘 사이의 문제이죠? 저보고 밥값을 결제하고 호텔스닷컴에 청구하라고 하였는데, 이와 같은 일은 호텔과 호텔스닷컴과의 문제이기 때문에 고객의 카드로 밥값을 결제하고 다시 호텔스닷컴에 청구해서 받아가는 과정을 거치는 것은 아니라고 봅니다. 호텔과 호텔스닷컴끼리 해결해야 할 문제입니다. 이번 여행에서만 호텔스닷컴에서 여러 호텔을 예약했었고, 예약했던 다른 호텔에서는 한번도 이런 일이 없었는데 빈에서 숙박했던 이 호텔 때문에 기분이 잠깐 나빴었고, 호텔스닷컴의 해결 방법이 조금은 아쉬웠습니다.

Gym was not accessible for the complete stay, committed bicycles were not available (even though this is stated in the description when booking the apartment), the garbage was not removed, no cleaning, equipment of the kitchen very bad and a very unfriendly owner of the apartment

These apartments are conveniently located within walking distance of Schwedenplatz and Stephenplatz U line stations. The apartment has a bedroom, bathroom, living room and full kitchen, including a microwave/toaster oven and range. In the basement are 2 small community washer and dryers available from 7 am to 10 pm for 4 euros.

This review may be a little tainted versus "normal" as a lot of interior work was being done. The location is very convenient to the main shopping areas and just a few minutes walk from one of the main metro stations. You can probably get away with not needing to use much public transport with its location to many of the main tourist areas. I did not receive a pre-arrival message about how to get into the property's keypad which cause a slightly stressful moment but a staff member was able to help me check in and get settled.

Un departamento increíble con todo el lujo y comodidad, con la ubicación inmejorable a pasos de todos los atractivos principales de la ciudad. Literalmente a pasos. Super amables y tranquilo en la noche, camas comodas y el baño hasta tiene piso con calefacción. Todo recomendable. Solo tomar en cuenta el tema del estacionamiento que es costoso porque es independiente del lugar. Perp se compensa porque para el tamaño del lugar y la ubicación vale la pena el gasto extra del estacionamiento. Aun así es mas económico que muchos otros hoteles con peor ubicación e instalaciones.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse ist beeindruckend. Was mir nicht so gefallen hat, waren die vielen Gebrauchsspuren. Eine Renovierung wäre vielleicht einmal an der ein oder andere Stelle von Nöten. Ebenso sollte der Frühstücksraum nicht als Lager verwendet werden.

We absolutely loved our stay here in Vienna! Close to everything and the service at the hotel was excellent! Breakfast, though not included in our package, was delicious every morning. The front desk attendants were very helpful, from recommending local places to eat and arranging a transfer to the airport. We would stay here again, definitely!

Perfect stay in Innere Stadt! We loved this property. We could walk to all the attractions in Vienna we wanted to. Very close to St. Stephen's and the Hapsburg Palace. Excellent dining options very nearby. There is literally a grocery store next door. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English which was very much appreciated. Danke to My Place for a grerat time in Wien!

Our apartment was even nicer than the website photos - well euipped with good quality stuff. Very clean. Fabulous location - we walked everywhere and very clean, safe area. Staff were helpful and ever friendly. Breakfast was yummy - being vegan the choices are often limited but here i was spoilt for choice with the buffet spread and Cihad (apologies if I've spelled that wrong!!) cooked to order and was extremely attentive - truly delicious thank you. Would definitely stay there again - can't find a single fault !! 10/10 🙂
