Great stay in Vienna, very close to the Vienna central station with excellent access to trains, trams and buses. Staff was very courteous and helpful in suggesting modes of transport, food options etc. The breakfast was very good, overall a very good option for familes to stay.

Very clean and nice stay at the Novotel. We had 2 rooms on an upper floor, both were very clean. One of the rooms has a great view but some minor smell emanating from the drain was a bit unpleasant. Hotel staff tried to mitigate but they were unable to fix it. Overall great staff, location, and decent sized rooms.

Loved staying at this property. Right next to the central train station and within easy walking distance to shoes, restaurantes, and museums. The common areas are stylishly decorares and filled with light. Our room was super clean and comfortable, and the e bed and linens were amazing. Would stay here again 100%

i like most is the bar staff they are willing to accomodate in providing ice as requested specially during a hot weather outside. It would be ideal to have ice bucket in the room though. The room is clean, although the room is a little small and the bed is also small but comfortable enough, the housekeeping staff were nice and polite. The location was perfect because it is close to the train station, a lot food choices and convenience store at the train station especially if your on a budget.

Breakfast could’ve been a little better. Most of the hot dishes were often times cold. We had poor Internet throughout our stay. We told the staff, but nothing was done about it. The hotel was very clean, very quiet and had a very convenient location.

Extreamly well located in the heart of the city, just steps away from OBB station. Very clean room, amazing staff. Large selection of options in breakfast. Free drinking water :) Loved it. Will stay again. You will not go wrong with this hotel.

This hotel is alright. It's not amazing for a Novotel. Convenient to the train station and walkable to all of Vienna easily. €29 for breakfast was absolutely absurd though. What kind of overcooked system is that? I likely won't stay there again. I travel all around the world a lot as a professional musician and I can see how fabulous Eastern Europe is and how the West is declining. Austria is still a beautiful country, and far nicer than my own country which is even declining much harder. However, the east is so incredible and standards are so high with food quality through the roof, and real value to life ratio.
