Modern, strategically located hotel, just in front of the underground station. The room is clean and spacious. All was perfect except few hiccups from service point of view: first day coffee machine still with used capsules and with old dirty excess water, second day we did not get new coffee capsules at all and another day the cups were left not cleaned. Also balm/shower gel were finished and not refilled. Reception staff was always helpful to assist. Despite this, recommended as rest was all very nice.

- Opposite Kagran station for a 15-20m metro ride to the city centre. - Staff are great, had an issue with the shower not draining, but was fixed but the next day. - Clean and modern design, housekeeping did a fantastic job every day we stayed.

Hilton took over this Hotel a few months ago and basically made out of it a very simple - no service Hotel. Before you had a full kitchen, drink service, room service etc. Thats all gone. Sadly. Rooms are small but clean and OK for the money. The location is very good if you are looking to be out of downtown but quickly in town with the subway.

nice hotel just a walk away from U1 kagran station. the property is new, breakfast is super good. my room w/ single king bed is not so big, but well equipped w/ fridge (no mini-bar), capsule coffee machine (not used though). multiple LED lights can be easily controlled bedside. One catch is that the window is fixed and user cannot open it. the view is not so great, overlooking other constructions. Still the room is very quiet. Will come again for my future stay.

Hotel is in from of a subway station and close to a mall so you have easy transportation and options to have dinner. Breakfast was great and people at the hotel was just awesome. Downtown it’s just around 15 minutes in public transportation. I wouldn’t have asked for more because even the rooms were sparkling clean. Love it!
