Appartamento perfetto,non manca niente e veramente molto pulito. Noi siamo stati in inverno e la temperatura dentro casa era perfetta. Vicino c'è la fermata della metro a 5/6 minuti a piedi e dei bus. Da lì al centro sono 15 minuti di metro. Si trova in un quartiere molto vivo e pieno di locali turchi e anche locali. I gestori ci hanno risposto subito perché avevamo una richiesta. Unica pecca non c'è ascensore.

Çok temiz bir evdi. Sanki her şey hiç kullanılmamış gibi tertemizdi. Ev sahibi ile iletişimimiz çok başarılıydı. Asansör olmaması bizi çok zorladı. Elde eşya ile 3 kat inip çıkmak zor oldu. Çevrede bir çok markete ulaşmak çok kolay oldu. Ulaşım yönünden birinci viyanaya ( şehir merkezine ) uzaktı. Burası10.Viyana bölgesi olarak geçiyor. Ancak Metroya ve otobüs durağı yürüme mesafesinde. Fiyat olarak çok uygun. Bu bölgenin derinliklerine gitmemiz için bizi uyardılar. Göçmenlerin yaşadığı bölgelermiş.

My stay had a few positive aspects, such as a spacious room with good appliances and easy access to public transport to the city center. However, several issues seriously affected the experience. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow, the listing claimed to have a queen bed but it was actually two single beds pushed together, the pillows were very thin and the mattress uncomfortable. Noise isolation was poor, and sounds from other rooms were clearly audible. They also provided a used dish sponge. At the end of my stay, when I checked under the bed, I found a thick layer of dust and even food packaging from previous guests, showing that the room hadn’t been properly cleaned. Additionally, I wasn’t allowed to use the air conditioning, and the neighborhood felt unsafe. Overall, the stay fell far below expectations.

The place is great. Highly recommended. Clean spacious and very confortable. Close to the metro station and to several supermarkets. The only negative is the wifi. Very slow and unreliable. Other than that o would stay again for sure

They do not care.

Internet kept dropping and was not high-speed. They turned off AC when we had many days of 29C It was an over. I had to smell the cigarettes from the street and endure the noise for the heavy traffic and people. Basically, I was living on a high price spot on the street. They didn't want to help. I will never go again.

Nicht so wie erwartet leider schlecht

Leider nicht zufrieden stellend WLAN Geschwindigkeit eine Katastrophe bricht immer wieder ab. Klimaanlage war trotz Außentemperatur bei 30° ausgeschalten und wurde nach Nachfrage auch nicht eingeschalten, da das Sommer schon vorbei ist. Auch die Beschwerde wegen Internet zeigte keine Reaktion. Badezimmer, Dusche, Schimmel Am Check Tag E-Mail erhalten. Geschirr muss selber gereinigt werden und so weiter, schade dran der Lage durchaus gut ist auch Parkmöglichkeiten Kurzparkzone und so weiter

Estupendo!!

El apartamento está estupendamente! No es muy grande pero está muy cómodo y todo muy nuevo, cápsulas de Nespresso de cortesía pastillas de lavavajillas y la comunicación con la gerencia por la aplicación es inmediata. Lo escogimos para poder dejar el coche e ir en transporte público al centro, y está todo muy cómodo con tiendas alrededor.

Das Appartement ist gut eingerichtet, sehr sauber und alles in Ordnung. Bedingt durch die Lage ist es auch Nachts sehr laut. Die Fenster kann man zum Lärmschutz leider nicht schließen, da die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und für 2 Personen ausreichend. Die Küche ist komplett eingeräumt. Badezimmer und WC sind etwas klein aber man gewöhnt sich daran. Nächste Bahn ca 500m.

Ok, apart from one or 2 issues

I walked to first floor my room was 14. First thing i noticed on that floor was a police notice pinned to the door of no.12. I wondered what it was.after google translating ,i discovered that room was clised down due to prostitution !!!!.. ok, my apartment was ok tbf, no oven, but a washing machine, microwave ,stove,kettle etc all good , only drawback was tgat the door to tge bedroom wouldnt shut so i gad to put their iron up so it wouldnt open . I spoke with them about this ..via text. They saud theyll check it , never did.then later i mentioned the notice on room12, they said the cleaner would sort. Their cystomer service is lacking tstl. The checkout could be 11.its 10.

De kamer is ruim en netjes. Keuken is voorzien van de benodigde kookspullen. Helaas was er geen magnetron en een broodrooster. En de gordijnen waren heel vies.
