가족여행에 좋은.
일부러 찾은 아파트 였고, 후기가 별로 없어서 굉장히 망설이며 예약을 했는데, 예상보다 훨씬 만족스러웠음. 처음에 웨스트 역에서 지하철로 이동하면 금방이라는 이야기에 지하철탔다가 완전 헤매고 찾긴했는데, 나중에 보니 아파트 바로 앞에 트램이 다니더라는.. 혹시 이용하실 분들은 웨스트 역에서 트램 47인가 48 (기억이 잘 안남... ) 타면 바로 집앞까지 .. 그걸 이용하시는게 훨씬 좋을듯..

Grundsätzlich lief alles ganz gut soweit, allerdings ist mir auf dieser Reise was extrem negatives passiert wo ich drüber berichten möchte. Als ich nach meiner Sightseeing Tour zurück ins Apartment kehrte um ich auszuruhen, schloss jemand die von mir abgeschlossene Tür auf ohne vorher zu klopfen und schaute kurz rein...ich war total entsetzt und erschrocken wie so etwas passieren kann. Ein Mitarbeiter der mir zuvor das Zimmer zeigte hat die Tür mit den Worten "Ich wollte nur was nachschauen." wieder geschlossen. Wie die anschließende Nacht war kann man sich denken...ich hab mich bei der Rezeption beschwert mit der bitte es dem Hotelmanager zu berichten und dem Mitarbeiter klar zu machen, dass das ein Eingriff in die Privatsphäre ist und auch polizeiliche Folgen haben kann. Ich hoffe für allen anderen Gäste, dass sie so etwas nicht erleben müssen. Ich persönlich werde keinen Fuß mehr in dieses Hotel setzen. Eine Rückerstattung über Hotels.com war ohne Erfolg.

Zimmer angenehm groß, Sauberkeit lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig. Wir hatten anfangs ein Badetuch (keine Handtücher) für drei Personen. Ein Zahnputzglas für drei Personen, wobei noch Zahnpaste von einem vorherigen Gast drauf war. Frühstück war ok. Personal freundlich. Wir hatten Frühstück mitgebucht, welcher Umstand dem Hotel nicht bekannt war. Verbindung mit Öffis sehr gut. Gute Lage.

We reserved an apartement: due to alimentary restrictions is not easy to arrive and find a propere restaurant. Upon arrival (aouut 4pm) we are told that the apartment has no hot water and are offered to relocate to another building, another room (not apartment) or wait a few hours. We opt to wait and go for our first tour of Vienna. Structure is actually a short walk from old town attractions. We got back around 8.30 pm and our luggage has been moved to the apartment. We unpack and get ready for dinner. Here the bad surprise: all kitchenware is dirty! I meadn really dirty (just a few pictures below) with food leftovers and even water left in the boiler. We immediately contacted the reception which offers breakfast and promises cleaning. We ate just a few things we had with us. Next morning we leave and remind of the cleaning. We return againg around 8 pm and ... nothing has been cleaned! We are really upset and show the status of the apartment to the person at the desk (different from previous day). He takes away some dirty kettles, the boiler and offers to clean what possible. We set an agreement so that we will go out for dinner and be reimbursed. Reimbursement has arrived, well half of it. Conclusion. Structure is convenient and witha good cost-value ratio. We had a bad experience with cleanlines of the kitchenett while the room was overall clean. About cleanliness: during breakfast we noticed that the towels are not changed, just crumbs removed ...

not a pleasant experience
Chose the hotel because we had an early morning flight. There were a lot of negatives unfortunately. There was a stink from the sewer through out as the common washroom was ajar. The same stink pervaded our room washroom also. The shower stall has no place for keeping our soap dish. There was no soap provided and the dispenser near the sink was empty. We travel with our own toileteries, so we made do. Main issue was that the owner refused to take part payment in forints. We have done so in many countries, exhausting the local currency. It was a major inconvenience as we were saddled with forints. For the airport drop off at 5 euros each, son needed a 5.30 am drop. The owner said it's 20 and 40 min past the hour. Actually it's a small setup, there was no need to insist on such timings. They anyway do individual dropoff. When I was about to announce my dropoff time, owner said, checkout is 11am. Pretty amazed as airport hotels , esp once like this one need not insist on such timings. Their clients will hardly come rushing in to occupy the rooms during the day. Anyway I left at 10.40am. My flight counter only opens at 11. all in all not a pleasant experience

spend a little more for something nicer!
The stay was just ok. The reception is on the second floor, small lift, and the apartment is down a floor. The second bed was not made as promised and it was hard to sleep at night with the blinds not being black out.

Great find in Vienna
Great apartment! It was huge and had everything you could want. Comfortable bed, kitchen with all equipment. Wish we could have stayed longer. The only minor negatives were the busy street, but the tv can drown that out, the water didn't get very hot for showering and the person in the apartment seemed to do some gym routine for an hour or 2 in the evening. But overall really good!

Hotel didn't have room for me; had sleep elsewhere
I arrived at the hotel and was told that they didn't have any info on my reservation. I told them I just booked it on Hotels.com a couple hours before. They said couldn't have possibly booked a room there because they were full. I showed them my Hotels.com receipt. They said that they messed up and that they had no availability and that the room shouldn't have been available on Hotels.com. Probably they booked it themselves over the phone and never took it off Hotels.com. So I had to go stay with a friend. One star.

La pension est bien située proche du centre ville aussi bien à pied qu'en transport. L'isolation phonique vis à vis de l'extérieur est bonne. Les appartements demanderaient un rafraichissement de la peinture bien qu'une partie du mobilier ait été renouvelé cela a été effectué sans souci du détail (empreinte des anciens meubles de cuisine,prises électriques non rebouchées).les finitions de la hotte sont à revoir .Petit bémol Ayant demandé par deux fois à procéder au changement d'ampoules défectueuses cela n'a jamais été effectué.

Paikalle saapuessamme saimme kuulla, että vuokraamamme asunto oli jo käytössä. Meille tarjottiin samaan hintaan hotellihuonetta aamupalalla. Yöllä majoittuessamme ei ollut paljon vaihtoehtoja. Our first trip to Vienna! Great Location!
This hotel was very centrally located and so convenient. The rooms were spacious and clean and the price was great! Very poor internet access, very noisy street sounds around the clock, bad pillows, and poor air conditioning were some of the down sides.

Okay apartment with very good location near Rathaus. Poorly equipped kitchen and the sink leaned so all the water ended up on the floor. Drainage in the shower and bathroom sink was not working well. Good to have ac in the room. Spacious apartment. If you are visiting Vienna during the summer make sure to go to the film festival in the park in front of Rathaus since it is filled with lovely food stalls with food from all over the world at reasonable prices.

Varaamamme huoneisto ei ollutkaan saatavana tulohetkellä eikä tästä ollut ilmoitettu etukäteen. Saimme normaalin huoneen, jossa ei ollut mitään ilmastointia tai edes tuuletinta. Lämpötilat ulkona koko ajan 30-35 astetta. Aamiainen laitettiin huoneen hintaan, mutta sekin oli liian vaatimaton. Yleisarvio hotellista: ei tarvitse tulla uudestaan.

Very nice!
Me and my girlfriend stayed for 4 nights and we really liked it. The staff was very helpful in every way. The apartment was clean and the bathroom was newly renovated. I strongly recommend Vienna Comfort Apartments.

All the Amenities
Great hotel/apartment, it had everything one could possibly need. The kitchen was among the best I've encountered in an European hotel/apartment room. Most of staff was super friendly.

Top Lage, in 4 Minuten per Tram in die Innenstadt
( App.1) Hat mir sehr gut gefallen, klar wer sucht,( Boden) Zimmer hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Aber ich habe mich trotzdem sehr wohlgefühlt. Service an der Rezeption war sehr nett. Auch mein Wunsch für eine spontane Verlängerungsnacht war kein Problem. Lage ist top und der Preis auch.Wer einen Parkplatz möchte, muss vorher Reservieren, ich stand im P&R, 30 Minuten zum Hotel mit den Öffentlichen. Vielen Dank nochmal von meiner Seite, jederzeit wieder!

A great place to stay. Close to grocery store, etc. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends. Very good price for Vienna. Room well equipped for cooking. Saved us lots of money...eating out in Vienna is quite expensive.
