Ok for somewhere to sleep

Booked for a 2 night stay to go to futuroscope, beds were comfortable and room size food but the hotel is very tired and looks run down. Bathroom was clean but smelt of bad drains. Breakfast was fine for what we needed but expensive. We were out most of the day so only needed to room to sleep/wash but next time i'd book somewhere else

We just needed somewhere for a quick 1 night stay, it was a lovely dark room and we were pleasantly surprised to find a restaurant on the premises as well so we didn't have to go out for dinner The staff we're very helpful and were very happy to keep my son's medication in their fridge for us. The only thing it could have done with is tea and coffee making facilities in the room Perfect for what we needed though

Après une arrivée très tardive dans la nuit, rien de tel qu’un très bon lit pour un sommeil court et réparateur. Ajouter à cela un bon accueil, vous obtenez une très bonne adresse.

C'était mieux avant...

Contrairement à ce qui était indiqué dans l'annonce il n'y avait pas de bouilloire (ni de café et thé) dans la chambre. Le distributeur de savon de la salle de bain était vide. Pas assez de serviettes. Heureusement, le lit était confortable. J'étais déjà venu dans cette hôtel auparavant et c'était bien mieux avant.

Tout est parfait, surtout l'emplacement au pied du futuroscope. Le personnel est très aimable et sympatique. Seul bémol : le petit-déjeuner, malgré un système de carte pour essayer de quantifier et fluidifier, tout le monde se retrouve à la même heure, et faire la queue pendant 15 minutes pour y accéder ! N importe quoi !

Nous avons informé du problème avec internet, celui-ci n'a jamais été résolé et aucun suivi n'était fait. Nous devions aller leur demander à chaque fois si l'internet était résolu. Aucun discount ou suivi lors de notre départ n'a été fait, ce que est dommage.
