Weekend Stay
Stayed in july for a night, really liked it. Is clean and has air conditioner which is very much needed in puerto rico's summer weather!

Beautiful Stay at the Guest House
I could stay here for a month!! SO SO beautiful and nice. Wonderful guest house feel. Very clean. Isabel is super sweet. Loved the feel of the place. Perfect location as well, since we rented a Polaris...the main restaurants and bars were walkable distance/3min drive.

Quaint and clean
This is a no frills kind of place, but clean, comfortable and close to the town of Esperanza. Isabel was wonderful and helpful and very flexible with us for accommodating our check in and check out schedule. The rooms are a 15 min walk to the town. Perfect location for the Biobay tour and just enjoying the town

Excellent place. Very confortable an minutes from.
Excellent place. Very easy to get to. Confortable. Quiet. Close to everything. Everything is done through email or texts. But the process was flawless. I strongly reccomend Acacia.

Be careful of strat vicious dogs
The guesthouse itself is nice but the vicious dogs straying around at night was very scary and not safe.

Nice room
Big and clean rooms with free towels and chairs for beach. Satisfied with almost everything with this price. But a bit far away from rests if you don't rent a car.

Beautiful and Affordable Accommodatio in Esperanza
Acacia Guesthouse is a beautiful homey affordable guesthouse right next to the main downtown area of Esperanza. Room was clean, staff were very friendly and hospitable. I highly recommend Acacia.

We didn't got to stay the night cause of issues with the Ferry in Fajardo, but hotel personnel kept us updated and we got a reimbursement even when it was already 24 hours after the cancellation policy. Such a great service!!

Beautiful Guesthouse
Friend and I short notice booked this guesthouse and we are so happy we did! The room was good sized and clean. There is a rooftop you can go up to to look over the island - view is amazing. If we ever go back to Vieques would definitely stay here again.

Overall, a pretty great if basic stay. Room furnishings were comfortable, even if a bit outdated. Brilliant check-in system relied on key boxes. Isabel, the property manager, was extremely accommodating and helpful over the phone and text. There's a beautiful rooftop patio that all guests have access to. Easy walking to town, with its bars, restaurants, and beaches. The neighborhood felt very safe-- the hotel is in a residential part of town.

Best hotel in Esperanza
Isabel was amazing. We were supposed to check-in at 4pm but we explained our situation to her, which was that we arrived at 4am and we wanted to walk a bit but our bags were too heavy and by 2:30pm the room was ready! It was clean, organized and close to Esperanza Beach, Bio Bay and Sun Bay Beach. A must!

Tropical, light and lofty
My favourite stay in Puerto Rico!! Whilst the outside of the property needs some attention, the inside of my 3rd floor department was fantastic! Tropical feeling, light and lofty! I enjoyed a constant natural airflow through all rooms all day long and was soothed into a deep sleep each evening by the surrounding nature sounds and the fresh air brushing through the room - blizz! The kitchen is fully equipped with blender, toaster, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, dishes etc which was fantastic! I loved seeing the ocean when showering, all rooms are nicely spaces and fresh! If the outside areas such as the balcony and rooftop would be done up in the same way, that'd be a secret 5 star spot!!

Personal and lovely hosting
This place is really nice which is run by two hosts who really pay attention to their guests wishes. The 5 apartments are of good standard and an overall personal touch is evident. Recommended stay when on Vieques, 5-10 minute walk to city centre, bars and beaches.

jose was an awesome host! the guest house is super cute and well maintained and made out stay in vieques super pleasant. when looking for it, go a bit north of what google maps says.. its a block to the north of that.
