“Would have given all five stars but bar and restaurant were closed the days we stayed (we did know in advance that they wouldn’t be open) Did bio tour with Taino right across the street as recommended by the hotel, was fantastic Location is perfect to rent cart to explore and for various bars and food options”

“This hotel is beautiful! Clean, staff is friendly. The food at the restaurant was delicious!”

“Do not stay in room 41. Door does not close properly. Don’t complaining if check in takes an hour longer, don’t complain about TV control broken and unable to connect to TV. Don’t complain if after inspection, sheets were not changed and left used, or AC has mold, or there is dry hair still in the shower drain (after inspection), it may lead to way less services. Don’t be surprised if maid services accidentally over look the signage at the door for room service.”

“I stayed for a night before heading to Vieques. The location was excellent, and I had a real blast at the waterpark that I didn't expect. I had requested an electric kettle and a microwave, and they promptly provided them. All the staff were kind, but I wish the front desk staffs could be a bit friendlier. Besides that slight letdown, I'd love to visit again."”
