“What a gem this place was. I made a last minute decision to come to Vieques solo, and Victor at the front desk helped me make that decision over the phone. He gave ferry, car rental, excursion, and food recommendations. He and Valeria in the restaurant were amazing and so kind. On top of that, of course the resort itself is beautiful. “Cool, fun hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Convenient area within walking distance to the beach and many of the bio bay tour or other activity meeting spots. Nice rooftop lounge area with a hot tub and bar that starts partying at 4 pm on the dot (which could be a downside if you’re trying to get an afternoon nap). Good restaurant for dinner downstairs but not much for breakfast, and when we were there not much was open early in the day—Vieques takes island time seriously it seems. ”
