“The location was good. I did not like that the room had a leak as a result I was uncomfortable because the leak was hitting me while I was sleeping. The ceiling was extremely humid and stained which is not a good breathing environment. I would like a refund.”

“I have a few favorites from my stay. As soon as you pull up it says “rainforest house” and the lights are bright which is super helpful to find it and it’s sooooo pretty! It looks beautiful at night we stood on the balcony which the view of the Pueblo is breathtaking there is an area with nice comfy chairs and a coffee table to soak in the view. We took so many pictures of the mountains. Once we walked into the apartment the air conditioning was amazing and desperately needed. I loved the decor...

“There was a blackout for 2 hours that left us in pure blackness, without A/C, and my husband’s laptop was damaged by this. There are parts of the ceiling that are peeling, and was questionable about asbestos. The A/C units in the bedrooms were loud, and the beds were uncomfortable.”
