“Wynham Grand Rio Hotel is by far the best hotel experience l have ever had. I have to saythat the customers service was top of the line(At least my experience). They accomodated when needed and was very generous too. So clean, smells amazing when you walk in, relaxing, no overcrowding of people, easy flow, ready to help at every change. Meals for breakfast was amazing, complimentary upon arrival with champagne the esthetics...l could go on and on. Customer sercice was 10/10. I will be back...

“I stayed for a night before heading to Vieques. The location was excellent, and I had a real blast at the waterpark that I didn't expect. I had requested an electric kettle and a microwave, and they promptly provided them. All the staff were kind, but I wish the front desk staffs could be a bit friendlier. Besides that slight letdown, I'd love to visit again."”

“Great owners who went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience in Puerto Rico. From having beach towels, chairs, coolers, etc. available for use (no charge) to being available to help at 3am with a exit gate issue. Beautiful views of the ocean, easy access to the biobay tours (don't miss this) and restaurants / bars within walking distance. ”

“The room was awesome, looked better in-person than the pictures. The beach is literally across the street and there are plenty of places to eat just a short drive. The drinks are way watered down at the tourist restaurants. There are several grocery stores just minutes away. We saved money buying breakfast and lunch stuff to make in the room and eating out for dinners. I highly recommend this room, perfect spot and the price for Puerto Rico was great. “Very nice place. I was solo but the appartment is very well for a family. The view is amazing ans it is wonderful To gave like a direct access to the beach. The only negative point was the presence of some cockroaches.”

“The area was beautiful and the condo was very nice. The condo was very clean and georgious. It had a very beautiful mountainous and coastal views from the balcony. The condo grounds had a security guard 24 hours a day and the pools were very nice too. We will return. ”

“En general fue muy bueno. Limpio y el staff muy amable. Sólo que tienen muchas cosas en remodelación y pues no hay muchas opciones de comida(no hay lugar si deseas desayunar). Y mejoraría la orientación al inicio para que te dejen saber lo que tiene disponible al momento (restaurantes cuales están funcionand, piscinas, etc. La piscina está super buena y bien limpia. Y los que atienden la barra de la piscina son muy amables.”
