“We had a very pleasant stay. The welcome was warm, and all the staff, both at the reception and during breakfast, were genuinely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool was a nice bonus. The only downside was the walk to the city centre. There is no sidewalk for part of the route, so you have to walk on the road.”

“This is probably the best place to stay in Tropea. It is good prices, clean and very good rooms, and the owner Francesco is fantastic. He is so helpful, and a really great guy. He saved us at 22 pm one evening without a room and fixed a room for us. The room was clean, with great aircondition and nice bathroom. A little walk to the beach, but that is worth it. “We found our stay to be perfect we were right on the beach with restaurants all along the boardwalk behind our hotel. Breakfast was delicious and serene on the outside patio of this lush property. Staff was so kind and helpful. Also a quick 5min walk up to the top town with view of all Tropea. We would stay here again and again :)”

We walk everywhere, so we found that the location (while not right in town) was fairly easy to walk into town or to the beach, and it was quiet at night. “This place felt like an 18th century French palace. Marble and tile everywhere, antique beautiful furniture and light fixtures. Very impressive. Breakfast was great, served in an ornate beautiful dining room. Location in town is perfect. Only downside is walking up 4 flights of stairs.”
