“Lucia is such a caretaker, making breakfast and making sure we always had water and helping us with taxis when needed and overall just making our stay very easy and pleasant. Her palazzo is beautiful and made our stay feel very authentic.”

“A wonderful small relais. I mostly appreciated the kindness of the staff that made the stay really memorable. The spa is small but lovely and I particularly enjoyed the massage with Cristiana - book it if you have a chance. The dinner was excellent and I loved the wine list with lots of local wines to choose from. Overall I highly recommend this relais for a relaxing stay in Marche.”

Men det går väldigt bra ändå för dom är så glada och hjälpsamma trots språkbarriären. Och så finns det Google translator, så det gick väldigt bra ändå. “When we arrived for our 5-night stay, personal issues only allowed for a 3-night stay. While we clearly understood the hotel's cancellation policy, hotel personnel Nicholas indicated any penalty would be waived at check-out for which we were incredibly thankful, so we proceeded to make our alternate plans. “The service is great , they do the best to accommodate any request and make your stay perfect as possible. Welcome you with cakes and coffee. The structure is well maintained and located in a quiet area. Breakfast at the level of expectation with sweet and salty proposal. Small note on the bed that was a bit to soft but this is a personal taste.”

“Camera e bagno molto spaziosi e puliti con un piacevole balconcino su piazza Arringo. L hotel è in posizione centralissima! La colazione è servita al tavolo ma è comunque ricca: frutta fresca, yogurt, uova evari tipi di dolci, oltre alle bevande. Le ragazze che gestiscono sia l hotel che il bar e il ristorante sono molto gentili e disponibile. Unica pecca: la reception si trova in uno spazio molto piccolo che può ospitare un cliente per volta. A parte questo, l hotel è consigliatissimo!”
