"The location of the property was really great - we could walk to everything we wanted to see. Unfortunately we had to park a few blocks away from the hotel but that was really the only downside. The room was very spacious and the front desk staff was very nice and helpful. "

"I travel frequently to Oslo and normally I choose the Radisson blue which is a short walk from the main terminal. This time I decided to go with the scandal and I have to say the hotel more than met my expectations. The restaurant was good. They have a small bar area and an outdoor seating area that I thoroughly enjoyed. The room is exactly what you would expect from the Scandic chain. It was clean and relatively well appointed. I could’ve used a couple of extra pillows in the room, and the only detractor was that I could not control the temperature in the room as it seemed to be set centrally and it was relatively warm outside, so the room felt a little stuffy. For a hotel with this proximity to the runway, I will say that the noise levels were manageable, and in fact with the windows closed, the room was incredibly quiet. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again."
