Helt perfekt hotell med mycket trevlig personal som tog hand om oss och la ner mycket energi på att göra vistelsen så bra som möjligt. Underbara rum med sköna sängar.

Great time for skiing

In general it was a great stay. Perfect location with a lot of benefits. * easy storage of skìing equipment with an own locker accessable with the room key * direct ski lift towards the main area an also 2 tracks back * grage parking or outside parking * spacious rooms * very great breakfast Only housekeeping should pay a higher focus. Than it would have been a fantastic stay. We will come back

Not quite the same….

Stayed here for the second year but standards have definitely changed - no chance to get a table for any dinners - told could do fondue instead but then told have to book that two days before …. Large event on whilst there and staff seemed much less interested in our stay. Bit of a shame given the great time had a year before

Should better meet the customer expectation

The room is smaller than expected, basically no space for luggage. Too many cushions on the bed given not a comfortable sofa is provided. The pool club is pricy without upfront information and surprisingly not free for hotel guests. There is no electric kettle or coffee maker in the room. Nevertheless, the breakfast is great.

Fint hotell men vissa konstigheter gällande servic

Bra hotell i fin miljö. Anlände typ 14:53 och skulle checka in. Personalen sa ganska snorkigt att incheckning är först kl 15.00. Jag reser mycket med jobbet i Europa och USA och har aldrig varit med om något liknande. Oftast kollar de om rummet är klart eller förklarar varför de av någon anledning inte kan checka in. Upplevde också att man som hotellgäst hade svårt att få bord i restaurangen av hovmästaren (vi hade inte fått information om att det var tvunget att förbokas). Detta gjorde att vi endast åt på hotellet en kväll. Bra att de kunde ordna en frukostpåse istället för frukost vid tidig hemresa men märkligt att de sa att personalen inte klarade av att checka ut rummen tidigt på morgonen vilket gjorde att vi fick checka ut dagen innan avresa.

Wonderful stay just a few snags

Stunning hotel, very comfortable rooms and social area. Lots of games on each floor for guests to use but the shuffleboard, table tennis and pool table should have a time limit as many groups would spend all evening on each, not letting others have a turn, disappointing especially for our children. Table football was broken and many of the board games had missing pieces. Shame as it’s a great idea. Room 310 is directly below the kitchen so expect to be kept awake until 2am with banging and clattering, luckily I brought ear plugs! The spa was wonderful, extra warm outdoor pool, but after just 10 minutes in the water they closed the pool due to snow and we were offered 25% refund but when it’s £100 for a family of 4 for 3 hours, who just wanted the outdoor pool this was very disappointing. The indoor pool is very small and was uncomfortably packed and noisy. Didn’t eat dinner at the hotel as was much more expensive than anywhere else in the village so we just ate out, there are plenty of options. Location in 50 paces from the front door to the sports centre ski hire shop and drag lift, ultra convenient, we loved this! Breakfast was delicious, with a large variety of options as with most Norwegian hotels. The dining area is spacious and very comfortable with great views. Staff were all very friendly, professional and accommodating.

Helt greit, fint hotell med gode tilbud av alt. Sengene er derav veldig harde og har groper i seg, det er tidvis mye lydlekkasje inn i rommene, så man hører alt ganske greit, dører som smelles igjen og tramping fra etasje over.

Veldig fint hotell. Sovepunene er altfor store – det er nesten umulig å sove godt med så store puter. Spa burde vært inkludert, spesielt siden det ikke er et billig hotell
