Quiet location right on the beach. Swimming pool didn’t appear to be cleaned for the 6 days we were there, stayed half board but arrived late evening and left early in the morning missing 2 meals unfortunately the hotel make no provision for you if this happens so we missed a whole day of food!! I did email the hotel if they arranged cold food for the evening and a packed lunch instead of breakfast but they didn’t get back to me.

The reception staff were great. The restaurant staff not so - so unfriendly and miserable. Bar staff ok. Food ok but never warm - egg station great at breakfast. Entertainment just one night out of seven and that was Spanish. Tv in room no English channels - we had very bad weather and spent so much time in room with just CNN. SHOULD NOT BE 4 star

This is a very nice hotel - clean, comfortable rooms and very helpful staff. Breakfast (included) was good. The location is beach-side, so could not be more convenient for that, with a very nice, long promenade to walk along, with many dining and drinking options actually on the beach. I only stayed one night, but enjoyed it. Parking is an issue if you have a car, as you must park on the street (free) and the area is VERY popular (at least in mid-July).

Lovely hotel on the beach, nice, clean room with partial sea view. Staff friendly. Wi-Fi terrible. Food okay, could be warmer though. 8pm dinner time too late for us, would prefer if they opened earlier. Free car park right next to the hotel and free street parking if car park full

The worst place we've stayed during our trip. 1. It was incredibly noisy. Our balcony overlooked a row of working air conditioners, and loud music from nearby bars blared until 2 AM. 2. While the bed sheets were clean, the extra blanket was stained and dirty. 3. They claim they have a parking, but they don't. You can find a spot several blocks away if you're lucky. 4. To top it off, we left a jacket behind, and the staff never responded to our requests to return it, effectively stealing it.

I loved being in this hotel. We got from a 1 ☆ hotel in Barcelona to our first 4☆ hotel in our life. Everything is very clean, modern and nice. The staff is very polite and helpful. I loved the food and the buffet, the everyday changing theme for the dinner. That cooks make something in front of us like pancakes or cutting the meat. There are so many options I can't decide where to start. There are even like 5 types of bread. It was very cute to get little gummy-roses for the "Gala"-Theme. The beach is beautiful and not so overcrowded. 2 times a week there is like a small concert on the terrace and I loved the feeling there. Near the hotel are busstops to Salou/ Tarragona, etc. and many souvenir shops, cafés and this long beach. The only thing's I would criticise is that we always wait for the elevators for soo long. I would've liked it better when there would be 2 of them. One thing that annoyed me a little were the toilet doors in the rooms. They are not noise reducing so you hear every little noise when there is someone on the toilet. I have my problems going on a toilet when I know that someone can hear me. And I would've liked it when you wouldn't have to buy sun umbrellas and beach chairs/ towels. I saw it that hotels often lend something like that for a few bucks a day. But I want to thank every staff member for making this stay so beautiful. If the cleaning lady the staff on the reception, the cooks etc. I loved how clean and professional everything was. Thank you!

Ottimo hotel, posizione perfetta e tranquilla. Visitato in agosto è stato veramente un fantastico soggiorno. La cucina è buona, non ottima ma si mangia comunque bene. Ogni sera fanno una cena con un tema differente come ad esempio cucina messicana, asiatica, italiana, di gala ecc. Il personale disponibile e molto gentile, soprattutto la ragazza in reception e il ragazzo che sta all'ingresso della sala della cena. Sappiate che l'hotel non ha un suo parcheggio, c'è solo un parcheggio gratuito a 5 minuti a piedi (nel weekend sempre pieno) altrimenti si paga ovunque. Ma devo dire che non è stato assolutamente un problema. La pulizia della camera è buona, ma bisogna migliorare ancora perché un po' di peli e capelli sono stati trovati. Infine consiglio a tutti questo hotel, perché ha ottimi servizi, manca solo la palestra ma tutta la passeggiata sul mare ha attrezzi dove allenarsi gratuitamente.

Escapada estupenda

Todo ha sido genial y gasta le pondríamos una nota máxima de 10, pero dos cosas bastante inadecuadas que tuve este hotel, son todos los días se averiaba el único ascensor que había (inaginaros todos lis días subir/bajar a la última planta por escaleras con el calor y humedad de 80% que habia) además de ropas de cama y cortinas con unas manchas extrañas... Pero como ubicación es excelente y trato personal al cliente es insuperable, le damos una nota de 9. Y sugerencia a la gerencia, habría que pensar por lo menos alguna sala con juegos de ocio como billar, mesa de ping-pong o alguna máquina de recreativo. O tener un gimnasio o spa. Entonces

La chica se recepción Lidia fue muy amable tanto por teléfono como en persona, (Todo el personal en realidad) Quedé poco conforme con la habitación, ya que al reservar pagué más por que era vistas al mar y lo que me encontré solo fue el lateral y que daba frente al parking del hotel. Por lo demás muy buen hotel y ubicación.
