The hotel was clean, but overall our experience was frustrating. There are so many rules that it feels more like staying in someone’s house than in a hotel. The rule that bothered us the most was having to ring a bell every time we wanted to enter and leave our keys behind when going out. On two occasions, we waited a long time for someone to open the door, and another time we waited over 15 minutes just to get out—even though what appeared to be the owners or staff were at the restaurant, saw us ringing the bell multiple times, and did not come to open the door. What made it even more frustrating was the noise situation. Guests are asked to keep quiet when returning after 10 p.m. because of silent hours, but if you’re trying to sleep, you can hear the doorbell ringing multiple times throughout the night. We could also hear toilets flushing and water running, which made it difficult to sleep. The hotel itself seemed clean and is about an 8-minute uphill walk from the main plaza. However, I would personally recommend staying somewhere closer to the plaza and with easier access in and out

Nice hotel

It was a great trip. The people that work at the hotel where very nice. The only issue we had was that the next door room, their shower made an intense noise. The hotel personal where not aware of it. Hopefully they can figure it out. We where in room 204.

Very nice room. Clean and good size. The staff was very helpful. Convenient location that is a short walk away from the main square of the town and from the local activities. Having free parking is a great advantage versus the hotels located in the touristic area. The only slight negative is that it is located along a very busy street, so there is significant noise from cars and specially from motorcycles.
