“There is no elevator in this hotel and that is not advertised at all, but should be. After being told at check in that we would be moved the following morning to a first floor since a member of our family could hardly walk up and down the steps, that did not happen. There was a lot of steps to walk down to get to the ocean, however, once there, the view was amazing. “Every interaction with the staff, apart Hudson, was a roll of the dice. A real roulette and you never knew what you were going to get. Uninterested, under resourced and ilprepared, the constant struggles with asking for literally anything be it a simple breakfast order which could take an hour, to asking for towels left us anxious. Truly a 3 star experience and missing the true Carribean vibes. ”

“The restaurant and bar were very good. The food service and cleaning service were very good. The hotel overall was well kept and had great views of Kingstown. The front desk unfortunately was not helpful at all. They weren’t helpful in providing information about the island, tours, or church service times. ”

“The property is beautiful! The restaurant food is all very delicious. Staff is very personable and friendly. My complaints: It takes very long to receive food whether that is restaurant dining or in room dining. I will say that whenever we asked for something, other than food, service was very prompt. I wish there were activities like yoga or on site. They need a spa!! (They did call a local spa to come to my villa and provide services and it was great) ”

“Struggling to find positives … shuttle driver awesome and weekday staff were nice but weekend staff seemed disinterested. Located far from Beaches and town so the shuttle is a necessity. Rooms were clean but water pressure non existent. ”

“Close to every thing. The staff went over and above to take care of my husband who arrived not feeling well. They are very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was great. The lady that served us was polite. The housekeeper attentive to our needs. I would be staying there again. The room was unique, just my kind vintage style ”

“This was our first trip to St. Vincent together. We went back and forth about the trip but when we saw the property on Expedia we decided we had to book it. Let’s just say the stay was amazing. The view, the rooms, the amenities, the cleanliness but the best part of the experience was Reeves the owner. What an amazing time he showed us. We are already looking into booking for next year.
