"I came to stay for nearly 2 Months at this Apart-Hotel and I've been very impressed with the excellence in their care for me, while here! Since I first came, I had management move me into a better suited Queen Suite verses what Expedia offered at short notice! They also reimbursed me for the price difference which was a first ever experience for me and a great help financially. They have delivered 5 Gallon water jugs to me, for a small charge and have treated me so kindly, as if I were family! The Management, Juan and Rosa as well as Sarah have gone several extra miles beyond to make sure all my needs have been met! I would make this place my permanent home 🏠 if it were possible and am deeply grateful for all their excellent care! 😘"

"The room itself is nice as it is a new hotel. Bummer they saved money on the materials as you hear every noise from outdoors, shower doors are leaking. The staff is far from nice. We were super early, 10am, so of course we couldn’t check in yet. We came back at 2pm but the room was still not ready. They just were on auto pilot saying check-in was at 3pm. They didn’t even want to check with housekeeping for the actual status of the room. So we had the wait in the reception area. Our water bottles were empty by then, so we asked if we could get some water, but even that was not an option. So rude, so extremely unfriendly, with a clear ‘I don’t care’ attitude. "

"This hotel is genuinely beautiful, full of character and boutique. I was there 7 nights and there were 3 weddings in that time, which perhaps underscores the quality of the venue. The staff are extraordinarily kind and accommodating. I could only speak English, but the bilingual reception staff were all delightful, kind and helpful in every way. Other staff could only speak Spanish, but their sincerity, generosity and patience in communication and anticipating your needs often without even prompting was truly unprecedented in my global travel. The only downside of this hotel is it can be challenging to obtain dinner after hours without venturing out. There is no restaurant at the hotel, and if you don't speak Spanish it can be challenging. But that is less a reflection on the hotel than it is on Asuncion as a whole, as you need to have a little Spanish (or courage!) to get by with English alone. The hotel is first class and I would not hesitate to stay there again."

"The room is spacious . . the air conditioning is working well . . there is a large wardrobe and I must mention that the lobby is very elegant and fits a VIP class. The breakfast is great and the breakfast area is as impressive as the lobby. There is a great Mall across from the hotel."
